TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Information on how to participate and Prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions.
(“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All
times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in Australian
Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
ELIGIBILITY
2. Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to Australian Residents
aged 18 years or over. Participants under 18 years of age mush have a
parent or guardian’s permission to participate in the Promotion; If a Prize
recipient is under the age of 18 years, the parent or guardian who gave
permission for participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be the Prize
recipient for the purposes of the Promotion.
3. The following are ineligible to participate: (i) employees of the Promoter or
any of the tenants or retailers in Morayfield Shopping Centre or any of the
Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse,
defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of
an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has
previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
PROMOTION PERIOD
4. This Promotion commences at 09:00 am on 26/12/2022 and ends at
11.59pm AEST on 14/01/2023. (“Promotion Period”).
THE PROMOTER
5. The “Promoter” is Morayfield Shopping Centre (Centre), 171 Morayfield
Rd, Morayfield, Qld, 4506 (ABN: 86 701 697 028).
6. The Promotion will be conducted by the Promoter, via its website
https://www.morayfieldshoppingcentre.com.au. Entrant subscription data
will be automatically uploaded to the Promoter’s e-newsletter database
hosted on its Mail Chimp account from which Winners will be selected.
HOW TO ENTER
7. To receive a ‘Prize’ in this Promotion, Eligible Individuals must, during the
Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
a. Visit https://www.morayfieldshoppingcentre.com.au/subscribe/
b. Complete and submit the mandatory fields necessary to subscribe to
receive the Morayfield Shopping Centre Newsletter. Existing newsletter
subscribers may enter by re-entering or updating their details.
c. Utilise the name that appears on their photo identification that would be
presented to claim any prize.
PRIZE DRAWS
8. Ten Prize Draws will be conducted each day on and between the 6th January 2023 and 15th January 2023.
9. Five hundred ‘Prize Winners’ will be selected at random for each Prize
Draw, randomly selecting from entrants who subscribe to the Morayfield
Shopping Centre Newsletter subscriber database during the Promotional
Period.
10.Prize Draws will be conducted by Morayfield Shopping Centre’s contractor,
Red Stockholm Pty Ltd (ABN 73 624 419 816), Suite 1C, 22 Constance
Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
11.Prize Winners will be sent a ‘Winner Notification Email’ on the day that their
name has been drawn.
12.The Winner Notification Email will be sent to the email address the Eligible
Individual submitted (paragraphs 7.a and 7.b).
PRIZE CLAIMS
13.On receipt of a Winner’s Notification Email, the Eligible Individual must visit
the Centre Management Office at Morayfield Shopping Centre within a tenday period (‘Notice Period’) to claim their Prize.
14.The Eligible Individual must present photo identification that matches the
name input when subscribing to the e-newsletter (paragraphs 7.a, 7.b and
7.c) and complete a Prize Collection Form including any mandatory fields.
15.The Prize will be forfeited should it not be collected within the nominated 10-
day time frame ‘Notice Period’.
INVALID ENTRIES
16.Entries that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been
tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently will be deemed as invalid.
PROOF OF WINNING
17. Eligible Individuals must retain a copy of their Winner’s Notification Email
as proof of winning. Failure to produce the proof of winning for all
entries/claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the
Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries/claims and
forfeiture of any right to a Prize.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
18. An eligible individual may participate once only during the promotional
period subject to and in accordance with the entry requirements.
THE PRIZE
19. The Prize is 1 x Limelight Cinemas Movie Ticket and a 2 x iPlay Australia
Yellow Games Ticket.
Limelight Cinemas Prize Movie Tickets:
a) Are valid at Limelight Cinemas Morayfield (only) for an adult, senior,
student or child, and are valid for one use only between 5 January 2023
and 28 February 2023
b) Are valid for a ‘Traditional Cinema Seat' only. Additional fees will apply;
a) to upgrade to a Recliner, 3D movie session, Plus Cinema or XD Cinema
and b) if booking the movie session online
c) Are not valid for Gold Cinema sessions or Special Event sessions
d) To book a session and seat, the Movie Ticket Prize must be presented
and surrendered at the Limelight Cinemas Box Office. The Prize must be
exchanged for a valid Limelight Cinema’s movie ticket prior to entering the
Cinema.
Alternatively, a session and seat can be booked online by going to
www.limelightcinemas.com.au. Select a movie and session date and time.
Once on the ‘Select Ticket’ page, scroll down to the ticket type section and
click on the ‘Ticket Vouchers’ button. Enter the barcode number printed on
the back of your Movie Ticket (Prize). Online booking fees will apply.
Recliner seat upgrades can only be made at the Box Office.
e) All session and seat bookings are subject to seating and session
availability at the time of redemption/booking with Limelight Cinemas.
f) The tickets cannot be a) extended, exchanged or exchanged for cash, b)
replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired, and is subject to all Limelight
Cinema Terms and Conditions which can be viewed at
www.limelightcinemas.com.au
iPlay Prize Tickets
g) Are valid for walk-in use only and entitles the winner to 2 Yellow Games
at iPlay Morayfield only
h) Are valid from the 5 January to 28 February 2023 for one person only
and may not be used in exchange for or transferred for cash
i) Cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or misplaced
j) Must be exchanged at iPlay Customer Service for a valid ‘iPlay Play
Card’ and must be surrendered at the time of presentation
k) May not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, group
booking or function package
l) Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Additional terms and

20.Each Prize is valued at $17.50 inclusive of GST.
21. The Total Prize Pool is valued at $87,500 inclusive of GST.
22. If for any reason an eligible person does not take a Prize at the time of
redemption, or within the nominated 10-day nominated notice period, the
Prize will be forfeited.
23. If the Prize is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the
Promoter, the Promoter at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
Prize with a Prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority.
GENERAL
24. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the Promoter reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
25. Eligible Individuals consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness,
image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the
same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the
purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and
promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the
Promoter.
26. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries
and Eligible Individuals (including a Eligible Individuals identity, age and
place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify
any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any
of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the participation process or
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions
may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other
compensation from such an offender are reserved.
27. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to COVID-19
Government directives, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or
fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest
extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate
or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any
time and the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be
entered into.
29. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or
purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as
provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other
implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws
in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
30. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the NonExcludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury or health outcome; or any
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical
difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s
control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c)
any Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether
or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that
stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a
winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
31.As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner must sign any legal
documentation as and, in the form, required by the Promoter and/or prize
suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal
release and indemnity form.
PRIVACY
32.The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the
promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties,
including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize
suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is
conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI
as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
https://www.morayfieldshoppingcentre.com.au/privacy-policy/. In addition
to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the
Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI
for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes,
including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The
Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt
out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a
breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and
how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of
the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of
Australia.

Each ‘Combo’ includes:
-1x Limelight Movie Ticket; for an adult or child, valid from 6 January until 28 Feb 2023, for a ‘Traditional Cinema’ seat, subject to seating availability
-2x iPlay ‘Yellow’ Games valid from 6 January until 28 Feb 2023

-Winners will be notified via daily emails. Check the email address you’ve used to sign up to our Newsletter each day between 6th and 15th January to look for a notification that you’ve won (remember to check your junk mail and spam folders)

How to Claim Your Prize Combo
-If you’ve won, you’ll need to claim your Combo within 10 days of receiving the Winners Notification Email from us
-Your combo prize must be collected from the Morayfield Shopping Centre – Centre Management Office between 9.00am and 3.00pm each day
-The Centre Management Office is located down the corridor next to Williams Shoes
-You must present your Winners Notification Email from us along with photo identification such as a driver’s license as proof of identity at the time that you claim your prize.
Terms and Conditions:
-The Competition opens for entries on 26 December 2022 at 9.00am and closes on 14th January 2023 at 11.59pm
-Entrants may participate once only throughout the promotion duration
-The prizes are not redeemable for cash
-The winners will be judged at random and in adherence to these terms and conditions
-Winners will be required to complete a Prize Collection Form when claiming their prize
-Morayfield Shopping Centre staff, retailers, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
