The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules.
Contesting Period Dates Daily, from 09 Jan 2023 to 31 Mar 2023 (excluding public holidays).
Times Between 6am - 6pm AEDT
"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 16 years or older. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have a parent's or guardian's consent to enter
the Promotion.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of NSW.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, entrants must be directed by a telephone exchange provider to the specific
station in that state of broadcast when calling the station competition line.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt
to enter.
Entry Procedure Throughout the Promotional Period the Promoter will be highlighting a set of 3 x artists that must feature in 3 x songs played
back to back in their entirety in any order. This could be via a solo track or duet/collaboration.
To enter, entrants must:
1. During the Contesting Period, telephone the station competition line following the broadcast cue to call once the nominated
set of artists via 3 x songs have played in full.
2. Be selected by the Promoter in accordance with the Judging Details to participate on air as specified and receive the Major
Prize.
Once a Major Prize has been awarded, the Promotion will start again highlighting a new set of 3 x artists. This will continue
until the Major Prize Pool is exhausted.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, entertainment value or as otherwise
specified. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and
there may be a time factor applied.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize.

Additional Terms Artist/song set must be played in entirety on air. There must be no other song played in full in-between the 3 x artists for it to be
deemed as correct.
The Promoter may play back prior Contesting Segments at their discretion.
The Promoter may ask an entrant for further information as part of their entry, if required and at their discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to disclose clues on air, online, on social media, TV, print, podcast and any other medium at
their discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to conduct "special contesting days" which may amend the value of the prize and/or add
additional prizing to the overall prize pool for certain times eg: a bonus minor prize, jackpotting the minor or major prize.
Should the Contesting Segment not be able to run live, the Promoter will pre-record a contest.
Any caller who is chosen to participate in a pre-recorded segment will be made aware at the time of calling.
Where applicable, Contestants may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded the prize off air.
The promoter reserves the right to play snippets of the nominated artists at their discretion and only when the complete set of
artists has been played in full and the solicit has gone to air will they choose a winner.
If a caller is 16 or 17 years of age the Promoter must be able to contact their parent/guardian to obtain consent prior to them
taking part in the contest. Should the Promoter be unable to contact their parent/guardian to obtain consent after one attempt
the Promoter reserves the right to choose another entrant to play.
