TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Competition
1. The promotion is organised by Belmont Forum Shopping Centre of 227 Belmont
Avenue, Cloverdale, Western Australia 6105.
2. Information on how to take part and prize allocation form part of these terms and
conditions.
3. The ‘Find Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile competition commences at 9.00am WST on 9th
Monday and concludes at 5pm WST, Sunday 22nd January 2023.
4. Participation is open to individuals over the age of 16.
5. Prior to entering the competition, it is assumed that all entrants have read and
understood these terms and conditions.
6. Entrants must find the Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile plinth sign in centre, scan the QR
code and complete the form to enter. If their details are not complete the
entry will be considered incomplete.
7. Entrants can only enter once per day. To enter customers must scan the QR
code, enter their details

8. The prize pool consists of 15 x Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile merchandise packs. The prize
is to be taken as is and cannot be exchanged. Each prize pack is valued at $190.
Total prize pool is valued at $2850. Each pack contains:
 A5 colouring set with stickers
 Sticker scene book
 Mini smartphone microphone
 Aluminium drink bottle
 Bluetooth speaker
 Draw string bag
 Family in season pass to Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile
9. Winners will be drawn at random through a computerised auto generator.
10. The winner has 7 days to collect their prize and if prize is uncollected then a redraw in will take place.
11. Belmont Forum Shopping Centre holds the right to re-schedule the competition
if due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to government
restrictions.

12. Belmont Forum, JLL and Perron Investments accept no responsibility for any loss
or damage resulting from the award, non-award or use of the prize, or from any
variation in the value of the prize.
13. The winning individual must adhere to these terms and conditions.
14. Employees of JLL, Perron Investments, retailers and contractors from Belmont
Forum and their immediate families as well as the agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible for entry.
15. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
16. Eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of entry and any decisions made
by Centre Management will be final. No other correspondence will be entered
into.
17. Belmont Forum, JLL and Perron Investments shall not be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of
taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. All entries become the property of Belmont Forum Shopping Centre. Belmont
Forum Shopping Centre may use the name, address and other personal
information provided by the entrant. Details will not be provided to a third party.
19. In making the entry, you agree to your contact details being used for marketing
purposes by submitting your entry. When you do so, your details are entered into
our database(s) and are used to contact you about events, activities, and
promotions and to direct market to you. These details may also be used in
accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found by contact Centre
Management Office. You can unsubscribe from the database at any time to
cease communication from Belmont Forum.
18. The Centre Manager’s (or a representative) decision will be final, and no
discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
