The Winner may choose only one type of teamwear, not a combination of the two. The prize includes embroidered branding to have either a logo or text added to the selected teamwear. This includes embroidery only and does not include heat sealing or screen printing. Embroidery must be the same logo across all items and includes one placement per lab coat or scrub set. The total prize pack is valued at $500. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a prize in equal value and/or specification.
