Competition Rules
Competition Rules to stand a chance of winning the Ultimate Bulk Nutrients x Melbourne City FC Giveaway.

Welcome to the “Bulk Nutrients x Melbourne City FC Ultimate Giveaway” competition (the "competition") conducted by Bulk Nutrients (“Promoter”). These rules are the official rules of the competition ("rules"). These rules (together with any official competition communications) will govern and apply to the competition. Please take a moment to review these rules.

By your participation, you agree that these rules will govern all aspects of your relationship with the competition and competition-related agents (excluding Melbourne City FC), and the Promoter. These rules can only be modified (or superseded) by Promoter (in its reasonable discretion) in a written revision to these rules posted on the competition website or (at Promoter's sole discretion) any other potential official competition communication methods reasonably calculated to reach a majority of potential participants.

Participation
The competition is conducted by the Promoter.
No person who is a director, employee, sponsor or agent of or consultant to Promoter or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate to a director, employee or agent of or consultant to Promoter is eligible to participate or enter this competition.
This competition is only open to legal residents of all states and territories of Australia, excluding the ACT.
Participants must be over 16 years of age to enter.
Entries
The competition runs from the 12th of October 2022 until 4th of April 2023.
Entries received later than this date will not be accepted.
To enter the competition participants need to complete the competition form by the 4th of April 2023.
The winner will be randomly chosen via a certified method of selection.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries deleted, not entered correctly or otherwise lost.
Entries reflected on Promoter’s records will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.
Closing Date
Entries must be received by the Promoter no later than the 4th of April 2023.
Prize
The grand prize will consist of a year supply of Bulk Nutrients products valued at $480; 2 x Chairman's Club Tickets to the last Melbourne City FC home game on Friday the 28th of April vs the Western Sydney Wanderers valued at $700; 1 x Melbourne City FC signed team jersey; and 1 x Melbourne City FC football.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event of the Promoter not being able to contact the finalists the Promoter reserves the right to draw again.
Prize Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly chosen via a certified method of selection.
The prize winners will be notified by telephone / e-mail and the prize winners’ names may be published through Bulk Nutrients and Melbourne City FC communication channels.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion, without recourse.
General Rules
The participant unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and holds harmless Promoter and its successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders against all and any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, (direct, consequential or otherwise), liability, demands, expenses, legal costs (on an attorney and own client basis), medical costs or other costs howsoever arising out of, based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the participants participation in the competition, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If a participant contravenes these rules, the participant may, in Promoter’s discretion, be disqualified from the competition.
The laws of Australia govern this competition.
Competition does not cover fares, transport or accommodation to or from the last Melbourne City FC home game.
A year supply of Bulk Nutrients covers one bag of protein per month valued at $40 for each month of the year.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of the competition at any time at its sole discretion without liability.
Participants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the competition; Promoter must collect and use personal information about participants. This competition is conducted under the terms of applicable privacy statements. Each participant acknowledges that Promoter may disclose participant personal information collected in connection with the competition to Melbourne City FC and by entering the competition each participant consents to Melbourne City FC, its related entities and business partners (as applicable) using the participants’ personal information for future promotional, marketing, publicity, research, profiling and analytical purposes. Melbourne City FC will handle the participants’ personal information in accordance with Melbourne City FC’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.melbournecityfc.com.au.
These terms and conditions are subject to change according to the Promoter’s discretion.
Participants agree that components of the prize are subject to additional terms and conditions, and in order to claim or participate in those components participants may be required to agree to such additional terms and conditions or provide additional consents or waivers. Failure to agree to such terms and conditions or provide such additional consents or waivers may result in the participant being prevented from claiming or participating in that element of the prize. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions, and any additional terms and conditions, waivers or consents which apply to any aspect of the prize, the additional terms and conditions shall take precedence.
