1. The Promoter is Lendlease Property Management (Australia) Pty Limited ABN 61 002 894
153, Level 14, Tower Three, International Towers Sydney, Exchange Place, 300 Barangaroo
Avenue, Barangaroo, NSW, Sydney 2000. Contact number is 08 9404 9013.
2. Only residents of Western Australia aged 18 of age or older (Participant) who are not
excluded from entering Crown Perth, Crown Melbourne or Crown Sydney for any reason are
eligible for the Competition.
3. The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the Competition:
a) Employees of:
i. any retailer within Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City
ii. the Promoter; and
iii. the Promoter’s related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and associated agencies, companies and
contractors; or
b) members of the Immediate Families of the employees referred to at paragraph 2(a).
Immediate family means any of: a spouse or domestic partner, ex- spouse or ex-domestic
partner, de-facto spouse or ex-de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,
brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
4. The Competition commences at 9am AWST on Friday 3 February 2023 and closes at 5pm
AWST on Tuesday 28 February 2023 (Competition Period). The Promoter may extend the
Competition Period at its sole discretion (Extended Competition Period). Details of any
Extended Competition Period will be posted on lakesidejoondalup.com.au.
5. References in these terms and conditions to the Competition Period include any Extended
Competition Period, where applicable.
6. To enter you must scan the QR code printed on the competition poster at the Moulin Rouge!
display located on the ground floor outside Myer at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City. The
customer will be directed to the competition digital entry form where they must enter their
details in all the required fields to enter the competition. Entries are limited to one entry per
customer per day.
7. For the Participant to be eligible to enter in the Competition, each of the following must be
satisfied:
a) enter within the Competition Period;
b) in the strict manner specified on the digital entry form for the Competition with all fields
completed; and
c) by the method specified on the competition poster.
8. The first randomly selected and eligible entry will win 4x Premium Tickets to Moulin Rouge!
The Musical valued at $1,200 to the Show on Thursday 30 March 2023 at 7:30pm, 1x Post
Show Meet & Greet with the Moulin Rouge! The Musical Cast valued at $7,000 on Thursday
30 March 2023, 4x Official Programs valued at $100, and 1x $500 Crown Gifts Card. The total
prize pack value is $8,800 AUD. There will only be 1 prize winner (competition period only).

9. The draw will take place at 1pm AWST on Wednesday 1 March 2023 at Lakeside Joondalup
Shopping City Centre Management Office. The winner will be notified via phone and/or via
email by 4pm AWST on Thursday 2 March 2023. The winner will be contacted privately. If
the winner is unreachable for any reason or is unable to collect the prize before 9 March
2023, the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw
as is necessary at any time from 1pm AWST on Friday 10 March 2023 in order to distribute
the unclaimed prize by that date.

11. The winner will be required to redeem their prizes by collecting it from the Customer Service
Desk at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City from 4pm AWST on Wednesday 1 March 2023.
The prize must be collected by 1pm AWST on Wednesday 30 March 2023.
12. A judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
a) contains material considered by the Promoter to be inappropriate or offensive; or
b) was submitted in a manner considered by the Promoter to be inappropriate, which may
include, but is not limited to, actions relating to computer hacking, breach of copyright
or other intellectual property rights and actions that breach any relevant laws.
14. At the time of collecting the prize the winner will be required to confirm their identity by
producing such photo identification as may be directed by the Promoter.
15. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and is personal to the winner. It cannot be
transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with.
16. By entering into the Competition the Participant is deemed to have accepted these terms
and conditions.
17. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which
the Participant may have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which may
not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to
Your Consumer Rights, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage however caused
(including by negligence), suffered or incurred in connection with the Competition or any
prize. Any condition or warranty which would be implied by law into these terms and
conditions is excluded.
18. Lendlease is the Promoter only;
a) Burswood Nominees Limited ABN 24 078 250 307 as the trustee for the Burswood
Property Trust ABN 35 491 489 282 trading as Crown Perth (Crown Perth) is the prize
supplier of the 1x $500 Crown Gifts Card (Crown Gifts Card Prize Supplier). Crown Gifts
terms and conditions are available at
https://www.crowngifts.com.au/giftcards/perth.aspx. The Promoter may disclose prize
winner (including their companions) or entrant’s personal information for the purposes
of administering this Promotion (such as arranging collection of the prize). A copy of

To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant releases and indemnifies the prize
suppliers from any claim, loss, damage, injury, expense, cost or charge sustained or in
any way incurred in connection with the prize. The prize suppliers, their related bodies

corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or
personal injury (including illness or death) whatsoever (including but not limited to
direct, indirect, consequential and economic loss) suffered or sustained in connection
with this prize, or the condition, use or misuse of any prize, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law (in which case, that liability is limited to the greatest extent
allowed by law). This clause does not apply to the extent that a prize supplier’s liability
(if any) arises from an act or omission of the Prize Supplier in respect of its supply of
services and/or goods to the prize winners in the ordinary course of the prize supplier’s
business.
b) Global Creatures Pty Ltd ABN 38 130 554 979 as trustee for MR Production Australia Pty
Ltd ATF MR Production Australia Unit Trust is the prize supplier of the 4x A reserve
tickets to Moulin Rouge! The Musical at Crown Theatre, post show meet & greet and 4x
official programs (Show Package Prize Supplier). Separate prize supplier terms and
conditions apply to these prize components. Prize includes 4 x ‘A’ reserve tickets. Date of
prize subject to Producer discretion and change. The prize is not transferable,
exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other alternate prize or date. The
prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. No credit will be
given for any unused portion of the prize. The prize cannot be used on public holidays or
during peak periods i.e. weekends. The date in which the prize is redeemed is at the
Producer’s discretion. Prize can only be redeemed on the date of the reservation and no
part of the prize will be renewed, replaced or exchanged if the prize winner or their

Theatre is subject to the following Conditions of Entry available at

greet is with approximately four cast and is subject to cast availability on the day and the
Producer’s discretion. The show is subject to availability, change or cancellation and
subject to all COVID-19 guidelines. By entering the competition you agree to be added to
the Producer’s e-newsletter database to receive email communications, of which you
can opt out as required.
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database
and the participant’s names and addresses may be used as detailed in the privacy collection
statement which accompanies these terms and conditions.
20. The Promoter may cancel the competition and not award the prize(s) where circumstances
beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s).
Should the Promoter cancel the Competition the Promoter will:
a) advertise that the Competition has been cancelled by placing a notice on
www.lakesidejoondalup.com.au;
b) promptly destroy all entries received; and
c) not use the personal information that any Participant has provided.
