This giveaway (the “$500 JUSTJAP.COM Giveaway”) is open to those that sign up on the official Giveaway site and who are legal residents of the giveaway entry aged 18 years or over in the eligible country which is: AUSTRALIA.

Employees of Sponsor and other companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaway, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.



2. Agreement to Rules.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a Reward is contingent upon being and staying compliant with these Rules.


3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 1st of FEB 2023 and ends on 28th FEB 2023 12:00 am (AEST) (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

4. The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry on the official Giveaway site projectjdm.com.au or through the PROJECT JDM Kickoff Labs landing page during the Giveaway period. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or submitted without following the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.


You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.



5. Earning Additional Points and Entries


During the Giveaway Period, you will have the opportunity to earn additional points towards rewards or entries in the giveaway sweepstakes as defined by the parameters on the official giveaway site. These actions may include sharing with friends or engaging with the social media accounts of the Sponsor.



You may have the opportunity to send a unique link to your friends and family in exchange for additional points towards rewards and/or entries in the giveaway. In order to constitute a valid referral, your Contacts must: 1) sign up during the Giveaway Period; 2) use a valid email address to sign up; and 3) not already have an entry in the giveaway; 4) not be determined as fraudulent per the review of the Sponsor. Each valid (non-fraudulent) referral will earn you the defined number of points or entries in the giveaway.

6. Prizes and Rewards
On or about the end of the giveaway period Sponsor will tally the number of eligible entries and points received by each entrant in the giveaway.

Additional entries in the giveaway earned through valid referrals of friends and family as well as contest actions will result in additional entries of your name into the random drawing for the prizes to be announced on or about the end of the giveaway period for prize drawings.

7. Winner Notification
This section is only applicable to eligible entrants that qualify for a Reward and have not been disqualified for attempting to circumvent the rules as determined by the Sponsor.



Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via email on or about the end of the Giveway Period. If you are eligible for a prize or reward, you will be notified by email. You will be required to respond to us within five (5) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim your Reward. If you cannot be contacted, or you fail to respond appropriately within the required time period, or the Reward is returned as undeliverable, you forfeit your Reward.



ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT.



8. Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. In the case of a giveaway where reward levels are also defined it becomes a skill contest where you gain rewards by taking steps in the contest to earn the number of points associated with each reward level.

9. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, technical problems, security malfunctions or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (1) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; or (2) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, no participant shall be eligible for a Reward of any type.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computing device in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, employed humans to create false entries, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.



10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (together, “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt of a Reward, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Giveaway, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, or wireless service provider; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) mechanical human, printing or typographical errors; or (d) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt or misuse of any Reward you may receive.

You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.
