Purchase any Canadian Club product from 1st March - 27th April and swipe your members card to go in the draw to win a Canadian Snow Trip*. You will then receive a ticket to place in the entry barrels located at all bars and reception.

Each week we will pull one name out of the barrel and the 8 finalists will need to be present in the Club on the night of the final draw on Thursday 27th April to win the holiday voucher.

Entry Method • Entrants must be a current financial Member of Cronulla RSL Memorial Club
• Members receive a ticket when they purchase any Canadian Club Product
• Entries are limited to one per person per trade day
• Entries must be placed in the marked entry barrels.
• Entry barrels close at 7.29pm on each Thursday in readiness for the 7.30pm draw
• Social Media Comp – members who take a photo in the reception display and
post to social media and tag @cronullarsl will go in the draw to win photo of the
week.
Draw Details There will be eight (8) entry draws throughout the competition period taking place every
Thursday starting from Thursday 2nd March 2023. Draws will take place on the below
dates at Cronulla RSL Memorial Club:

• Thursday, 16 March 2023
• Thursday, 23 March 2023
• Thursday, 30 March 2023
• Thursday, 6 April 2023

Each drawn Member from the previous 8 weeks will need to be present for the final draw
on Thursday 27th April 2023 commencing at 7:30pm on Bay Level. If the Member is not
present they will be withdrawn from the promotion and their spot will be forfeited.
Winner
Determination
Every Thursday between 2nd March 2023 and 20th April 2023 a weekly finalist will be
announced. This finalist will be contacted no later than the following Tuesday via phone
and email after the draw to be notified. The weekly finalist does not need to be present at
the venue. All finalists must be present at 7:30pm on Thursday 27th 2023 for the final draw
in the Sunroom where the winner of the $10,000 Travel Voucher will be announced.
The winner will be determined by a random allocation, each finalist will get to choose a
box at random in the order of which they were classed finalists.

E.g Week 1 finalist will go first, week 2 finalist will go second, and so on, until each finalist
has a box.
In the event that one (or more) finalists do not attend the final draw, the prize boxes will
be reduced to ensure there is 1 box for each finalist.
Once each finalist has a box, they will open their boxes. One box will have a tag inside
saying WINNER, while the remaining boxes will be empty.
Prize Details 1 x $10,000 voucher to Cronulla Travel (ABN 51 085 049 190. Address: 36 Cronulla Street,
Cronulla NSW 2230).
The prize voucher can be used to book any travel, accommodation etc from Cronulla
Travel.
The prize voucher is not redeemable for cash or any other form of payment or prize.
The prize voucher cannot be redeemed or used as spending money on a holiday in any
form.
The voucher does not need to be used in one transaction, however the balance of the
voucher will be maintained by Cronulla Travel.
Runner up prizes - The remaining 7 finalists who do not win the major prize will receive a
consolation prize of 6-pack of Canadian Club ($24.34 per pack).
Social media comp - Canadian Club drink packs: 8 winners will receive 1 of 8 6x
Canadian Club drink packs for photo of the week. 1 winner selected each week via social
media during the promotional period. The most creative caption wins.
Prize Pool The total prize pool is valued at AUD $10,000.00
Entry Limits 1 entry per Member, per day. All entrants must be financial Members of Cronulla RSL.
Members can only enter the social media photo competition once throughout the
promotion.

and Publication
The Winner of the Prize will be published on the Cronulla RSL website no later than 7
business days after the draw.
Prize Claim Date and
Time
The Prize must be claimed on the draw night. Photo of the week prize can be collected in
venue throughout the week once winner has been contacted.
Unclaimed Prize
Draw Details
In the event of the Prize being unclaimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will take place three
(3) months after the initial draw, in line with NSW Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing
(OLGR) regulations. Unclaimed Prize Draw will be drawn 9.00am 05/11/2022.

Notification and
Publication
Any winner in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by phone and in writing within two
days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
GENERAL
1. Cronulla RSL reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if
there are any changes to the law which would render the promotion or any prizes offered
under the promotion unlawful.
2. Cronulla RSL reserves the right to change the prizes offered under this promotion if they
become unavailable.

3. Decisions of the management of Cronulla RSL are final. No correspondence will be entered.
4. Cronulla RSL directors, management and staff are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
5. Participation in the Promotion by a member confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions
of the Promotion and the Club’s Rules and By-Laws in force from time to time.
6. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the
administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process.
7. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the promotion.
8. A copy of the terms and conditions governing the promotion will be available on the Club
Noticeboard and can also be obtained from Reception throughout the promotional period.
