Winner Determination
The Competition is a Game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winners.
The Winner of the Retreat will be drawn randomly by means of a randomised electronic draw taking place on 4 May 2023 at 11.00am (AEST) at the Promoter’s offices at Level 3, 459 Church Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121 Australia.
Three (3) Winners of the VISA Cards will be drawn randomly by means of a randomised electronic draw taking place on 4 May 2023 at 11.10am (AEST) at the Promoter’s offices at Level 3, 459 Church Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121 Australia..
The Winner of the Retreat will be drawn first followed by the Winners of the three (3) VISA Cards. The Winner of each prize will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period.
Arrotex reserves the right to draw additional entries, and record them in the order drawn, in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or an Entrant drawn is ineligible.

One (1) Winner of a Retreat for 2 people from all Participating Pharmacies.

Winner Notification
The Winners will be notified by telephone and email within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw and their name will be published on the Ferrogen Website (https://ferrogen.com.au/promotion/) on 5th May 2023.

Unclaimed Prize Date
Prize/s must be claimed by 5 June 2023 5:00pm (AEST).
The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 6 June 2023 at 11:00am (AEST) at the Promoter’s offices at Level 3, 459 Church Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121 Australia.
Unclaimed prize winner notification
The Winner(s) of the Unclaimed Prize draw will be notified by phone and email within five (5) business days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.

The Winner(s) of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be published on the Ferrogen Website (https://ferrogen.com.au/promotion/) on 16th June 2023
Prize/s Delivery
All prizes will be delivered to the Winners through email, in the form of digital gift cards or digital vouchers following notification from Arrotex.
The major prize Winner will receive separate digital vouchers for the Retreat portion and travel portion (via Webjet) via email.
Runner up prize winners will receive digital VISA Cards via email.
