TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This promotion is run by Pizzini Wines, ABN 18158505965, 175 King Valley Road, Whitfield VIC 3733, 03 5729 8278

    Entry is open to Australian residents only.
    You must be over 18 years of age to enter the promotion.
    Promotion commences Monday 1 March 2023 and final entries close Sunday 16 April at 11.59pm AEST
    To enter complete the survey monkey form to join the Pizzini mailing list during the promotional period.
    Limit of one entry per person.
    The promotion winner will be drawn randomly via an electronic Government approved random draw picker at 12pm on Monday 17 April 2023 AEST
    The winner will be notified via email on Wednesday 19 April 2023 and the winners name posted on our website, pizzini.com.au.
    In the event that an unclaimed prize draw is required, the unclaimed prize winner will be drawn randomly via an electronic Government approved random draw picker at 12pm AEDT on 14 June 2023 and notified via email on Wednesday 15 June 2023.
    The Prize is one dozen bottles of Pizzini wine sent to the winners nominated delivery address each month for 12 month (total 12 dozen bottles of wine). The wine will be selected by Pizzini Wines. The total prize value is $3600. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
    The first dozen of wine will be despatched on Friday 21 April 2023. If an unclaimed prize draw is required the first dozen of wine will be despached on Friday 17 June 2023.
    Your personal information will be used in accordance with Pizzini Wines Privacy Act. It will not be disclosed to any other person, body or agency and will only be used for the purpose that it was collected.
