As part of the recent review of the Council Plan 2022 - 2027, local residents and ratepayers told us they wanted us to address climate change. This is reflected in the Council Plan 2022-2027 through the following commitment: 'We address the challenge of climate change through practical and sensible solutions that deliver climate resilience'. To deliver on this commitment, we are developing a climate resilience strategy to guide our climate actions over the next decade. But first we want to hear from you. Don’t miss the chance to have a your say on how the City of Gold Coast addresses climate change over the next 10 years to help protect our local environment, community and way of life.
