Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

Who can enter
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, who have fulfilled the requirements of these Terms and Conditions ('Eligible Entrants').
Employees, contractors and their immediate families, of the Promoter and Permitz Group Pty Ltd (www.permitzgroup.com.au), their franchisees, agents, or Related Bodies Corporate (as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
The Promoter is BSR Franchising Pty Ltd (ABN 21 122 556 094) of 18/56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 ('Promoter').
 
How to enter
To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below), go to www.betta.com.au, follow the links and join Club Betta (if not already a member). Club Betta members will be sent a link to enter monthly via email and must follow the instructions provided in the email.
It is free to join Club Betta. The members have the benefit of joining the monthly chance to win $1000 Betta gift card, get a 7-day price guarantee, exclusive membership discounts and invitations to VIP sales events.
Printing and other quality-control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant-win game materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Number of Entries permitted  
Entrants may only enter this competition once. If any entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries, their entries may be invalidated.

Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates
The competition commences on 01/03/2023 at 12:00 AM and closes 31/01/2024 at 11:59 PM ('Promotional Period'). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
The winners will be those who are notified instantly on screen in accordance with the method outlined in clause 6, subject to the Promoter verifying each winner is an Eligible Entrant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
New sets of winners will be determined each month during the Promotional Period. The winners will be determined instantly on the basis of a draw using an electronic system that chooses the winner at random and sends an automated notification email. Allocations of prizes are subject to each winner being an Eligible Entrant and submitting an entry pursuant to these terms and conditions.

The winners will be confirmed by email within two business days. Major Prize winners will also be published at betta.com.au for 28 day on the 6th business day following the end of each calendar month of the competition, being 11/04/2023, 08/05/2023, 08/06/2023, 10/07/2023, 08/08/2023, 08/09/2023, 10/10/2023, 08/11/2023, 08/12/2023, 09/01/2024, 08/02/2024.
Prizes (or in the case of vouchers, prize confirmations) will be sent via email within 28 days of the draw.
The Promoter will conduct a draw on 08/05/2024 at 11:00 AM AEST at the premises of BSR Franchising Pty Ltd, 18/56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm QLD in order to distribute any prizes awarded but unclaimed by this date, subject to State and Territory legislation. Winners of any further draws will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.  Winners of any unclaimed major prizes will also be published at betta.com.au for 28 day from 10/05/2024.

Prize on offer
The total prize pool is valued at up to $22,000 (Including GST), as at 1/03/2023.

Prizes must be used in full within 36 months of the date they are awarded and in accordance with applicable terms of use. In the event a winner does not use the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.  


Privacy Collection statement
By submitting an entry into this competition entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter. However, entries will not be allocated for individuals who have opted-out or unsubscribed from Club Betta, as determined by opt-outs received by the Promoter.
The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants' personal information (as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected to an agent who is engaged to conduct the competition draw and for prize fulfilment. The Promoter may also disclose personal information collected to Australian regulatory authorities, such as the regulators of trade promotions. The Promoter will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at http://www.betta.com.au/privacy-policy.
