WIN A 12 MONTH SUPPLY OF MR. MICK WINES PROMO
 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     The name of the Promotion is “Win a 12 Month Supply of Mr. Mick Wines”.

2.     The Promotion is being run by Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd (ABN: 64 008 008 053)

3.     The Promotion commences at 09:00am ACDT on Wednesday, 1st March 2023 and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 30th April 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

4.     Information on how to enter the Promotion and about prizes forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry

5.     Eligible entrants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by purchasing either a Tim Adams Single Vineyard Pack or a Mr. Mick Pick ’n’ Mix Offer from the websites (www.timadamswines.com.au, www.mrmick.com.au), or through either the Tim Adams Wines or Mr. Mick Cellar Door on site or via phone.

6.     The purchase of 1 promotional pack equates to 1 entry into the Promotion (1 x purchase of a promotional pack = 1 entry).

7.     Multiple entries permitted for this Promotion.

8.     Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd and Purple Giraffe Pty Ltd personnel who are directly involved with the administration of this Promotion are not eligible to submit an entry.

9.     Only residents of Australia are eligible to enter, excluding residents of NT.

10.  You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the Promotion.
Prizes

11.  There is 1 prize which consists of 12 x 750ml bottles of Mr. Mick wines delivered each month for 12 months. Wine varietals to be selected by Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd. Total prize value is $2952. Should the winner be from NSW, the total prize will be limited to 24 x 750ml bottles of Mr. Mick wines.

12.  The winner will be chosen from the total pool of entries received. Winner will be selected at random at 11:30am ACDT 5th May 2023 at Tim Adams Wines Cellar Door, 156 Warenda Rd, Clare SA 5453.

13.  Winners will be notified by 2:00 pm ACDT 5th May 2023 by email and the winners name posted on our website, mrmick.com.au.

14.  Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize pool.

15.  Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs associated with winning the Promotion or any of the prizes.
Miscellaneous

16.  If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

17.  Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. If any changes are made Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd will notify the public via its website.

18.  Prizes will only be awarded following validation and verification of winners and their entry. Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, and or/proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

19.  If Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd is unable to contact the winner to claim fulfilment of the promotional prize or cannot validate or verify the winning entry by 3:00 pm on 22nd May 2023 that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety, and a new winner will be drawn at random from the remaining entries no later than 29th May 2023.

20.  Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted or whose entry cannot be validated or verified, and therefore, forfeits their prize, and no correspondence will be entered into.

21.  Tim Adams Wines Pty Ltd’s decision in all things is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
AGREEMENT

Mr. Mick does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this site you confirm that you are over the age of 18. Mr. Mick makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Mr. Mick is over the age of 18.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE CONDITIONS OF USE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18, Mr. Mick will prosecute you to the full extent allowable by law.  If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, our couriers will be unable to leave the wine.

Your order is an offer to buy from Mr. Mick. There will be no contract of any kind between you and Mr. Mick unless and until we accept your order, and in the case of wines and goods to be delivered to you, when we debit your credit card. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you without giving any reason. At the moment we accept your order or in the case of delivery of goods, when we debit your credit card, a contract will be made between you and Mr. Mick. All wines or other goods ordered remain the property of Mr. Mick until payment is received in full. Our total liability to you for non-delivery of purchased goods is limited to the purchase price of the products.

Mr. Mick shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any current or future law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or other poor weather conditions, Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

Mr. Mick reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices contained on this the website without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after any such change constitutes your agreement to such change. Mr. Mick further reserves the right to change prices and other information on the website at any time without notice to you. The posting of prices and other terms of sale on this web site shall not constitute a binding agreement and Mr. Mick is not obliged to sell products on such terms.

All content, including without limitation graphics, logos, text, images and other features, appearing on this website, and their associated copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property are owned, controlled or licensed by Mr. Mick. REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@mrmick.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or the product has been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

 

RISKS & WARNINGS

Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:

-Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery.  Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.  Alcohol consumption may cause health problems.

-A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.

-Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt, so extra care should be taken.

-Sparkling wines can be volatile due to the build up of gasses. Extra care should be taken when opening these.
