Easter Hamper Giveaway TERMS AND CONDITIONS This Schedule, together with the Terms of Entry, constitute The Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Schedule 1 Promotion Easter Hamper Giveaway 2023 2 Promoter Melbourne Racing Club F&B Limited, trading as the Pegasus Leisure Group ABN 60 605 607 001 of Gate 22, Station Street, Caulfield East VIC 3145. 3 Participating Venues Caulfield Glasshouse, Golden Fleece Hotel, Highways, The Peninsula Club, Steeples Mornington, Stoney’s Club, Sugar gum Hotel, The Brook Point Cook, The Club Caroline Springs, The Coach Ringwood, The Cove Hotel, The Grand Hotel Frankston, Club Leeds and Vegas at Waverley Gardens. 4 Promotion Period Entry into the Promotion commences at: 8am Friday 7 th April 2023. Entry into the Promotion closes at: 8pm Sunday 9 th April 2023. 5 Age Restriction Entrants in the Promotion must be strictly 18 or over to enter. 6 Eligible Entrants Entry in the Promotion is only open to residents of Victoria excluding: (a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including the prize supplier). (b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph (a) (including natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter)). (c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter; (d) persons who have been evicted from any Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) venue; and (e) any other persons deemed ineligible by the Promoter. 7 Entry Method In order to enter the Promotion (an Entry), an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period: (a) swipe their active Pegasus Rewards membership card at the kiosk at any Participating Venue, upon which they will receive a printed entry ticket; and (b) place their printed ticket into the Participating Venue’s allocated entry box. 8 Maximum Number of Entries Maximum of 1 Entry per day during the Promotion Period (across all Participating Venues). Maximum 3 Entries per person throughout the Promotion Period (across all Participating Venues). 9 Prize There are 42 Easter hampers (each containing easter eggs and soft plush bunnies) to be won (3 per Participating Venue), comprising of: VALUE PER PRIZE TOTAL VALUE 1 st prize Large Easter hamper (1 $200 $2,800 per Participating Venue, 14 in total) 2 nd Prize Easter hamper (1 per Participating Venue, 14 in total) $100 $1,400 3 rd Prize Easter Hamper (1 per Participating Venue, 14 in total) $50 $700 TOTAL PRIZE POOL $4,900 10 Total Prize Value $4,900 11 Draw Mechanism Venue Management at each Participating Venue will draw 3 Entries from that Participating Venue’s entry box. The 1 st eligible Entry drawn will win 1st prize, 2nd eligible Entry drawn will win 2 nd prize and 3rd eligible Entry drawn will win 3 rd prize. 12 Draw Date Sunday 9 th April at 8.30pm 13 Notification of Winners Winners will be notified by one or more of the following by Sunday 16th April 2023: ☐ mail ☐ email ☒ telephone ☒ in person ☐ Website(s) ☐ social media 14 Publication of Winners Winners will be published on Participating Venues’ social media pages 15 Prize Claim Date Before 7th May 2023 16 Prize Delivery The Prize will be collected by the prize winner at a time and place mutually agreeable between the Promoter and the Prize Winner. |
