The Promoter reserves the right to:
• amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion
including to close the competition within the
Competition Period;
• terminate the competition subject to any direction from
a regulatory authority.
• Competition days and times could change due to public
holidays or any unforeseen events that would affect the
running of the promotion.
8. Entry Restrictions • Entrants may enter the competition multiple times
throughout the promotional period, unless stated by the
promoter at the time of participation.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of
lodging their entry. Entrants plus one, must also be 18 years
or older at the time of entry.
• Promotions are not open to any person, including Australian
residents, entering the competition from outside of Australia.
• Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the
Promoter in order to be successful. Entrants unable to be
contacted in accordance with these terms for any reason will
forfeit their prize / opportunity.
• Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent
information are ineligible in the promotion and all entries of
an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided
incorrect or misleading information may, at the discretion of
the Promoter be deemed invalid.
• Entrants may be required to sign a legal indemnity form prior
to accepting any prizes.
• Once a participant has won, they cannot enter the
competition again or have someone enter on their behalf. A
participant can only be awarded one prize per the
promotion.
Entrants must be Australian residents and have a registered address
in QLD
• A person that is put to air or determined as prize winner
cannot pass the telephone call on to anyone else, and should
this occur, any person that is on air or has been passed the
phone in this capacity will not be eligible for a prize, at the
discretion of the Promoter.
9. How to enter During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials,
announcer solicits, promotional trailers or via social media to
visit the Station Website(s) and complete the online entry
form by providing their contact, answer questions and
confirm availability to attend timing and location of the
promotion.
• Each entry submitted in the above specified competition
period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the
Promoter.
• The Station may use the entrants, their answers and stories
live on air in connection with the Promotion over the
specified Competition Period. For example, the Promoter in
its absolute discretion may invite entrants to air to talk about
their entry. If an entrant is invited to speak on air this does
not deem him/her as a winner. The Promoter in its absolute
discretion has the right to share entrants’ stories online and
via its social media platforms.
• The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to
refrain from broadcasting any call.
(b) The Promoter will deem an entrant a finalist that it believes,
based on valid registrations received:
a. Meet the entry restrictions.
b. If an entrant can’t confirm availability to attend
timing and location of the promotion, they will be
withdrawn.
c. Entrants must be able to participate in the
promotion’s full activities.
10. Limitation on entries • Entrants may enter the competition multiple times
throughout the promotional period, unless stated by the
promoter at the time of participation
• Once a participant has won, they cannot enter the
competition again or have someone enter on their behalf. A
participant can only be awarded one (1) prize per the
promotion.
11. Challenge Details The promoter can put a challenge on the line during the promotion
for a participant to partake in. This might be an individual challenge or
a challenge against another entrant. This could be, a question, a quiz
or a challenge.
12. Judging Criteria After the close of entries, each entry will be individually assessed (by
representatives of the Promoter) based on the promotion
requirements. Once the entrant has agreed to the promotion
requirements, they will instantly be in the draw.
Each valid entry will be in the draw individually assessed (by
representatives of the Promoter).
13. Draw Details Once and entrant is deemed valid, they will be put in the draw for the
announcing team to select. This could be based on answers or at
random selection. Once the entrant is announced as a winner on-air,
they are deemed an instant win and Entrants will be notified directly.
14: Prize Details The winner will win return flights from Cairns to the Sunshine Coast, 4
nights’ accommodation and breakfast package and tickets to the
Coast to Coast Race Day at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club.
The prize pool can change during the promotional period and is up to
the decision of the promoter.
If an Entrant is deemed a winner, they will receive the package for
them and a plus one only.
Additional spending money, meals (other than outlined above), taxes,
luggage costs, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included,
and are at the winner’s expense.
15: Total Prize Value The total prize value per winner is up to $2,500.
16: Winner Notification Winner will be notified:
• On air at time of competition and directly after by
representatives of the Promoter.
17. Publication Details [N/A]
18: Prize Claim and Delivery Issuing of the prize; The winner’s details will be collected by the
promoter.
Winners may be required to prove their identity and show evidence
as documented on their birth certificate, driver’s license or passport
before any prize is awarded.
Winners may also be required to provide any documentation which
the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s insurer reasonably requests for
the purposes of prize redemption.
No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.
Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that are not delivered to the
winner due to external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s
control. No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.
19. Prize Claim Date and Time

Unless otherwise specified by The Promoter prize/s must be claimed
within 3 months from the date of the contest and prize being
awarded.
If the winner does not claim their prize(s) within a three-month
period, they will forfeit their prize.

There will be no unclaimed prize draw.
