Coca-Cola & Wests – WIN Newcastle Knights Corporate Experience Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions
to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales. Employees and their immediate families of
the Promoter, its agencies and venues associated with this promotion are ineligible to
enter. This promotion is limited to Venues in New South Wales that have been invited by
the Promotor to participate (“Participating Venue”). Participating venues are Wests New
Lambton, Wests Mayfield, Wests City, Wests Cardiff and Wests Nelson Bay.
3. The promotion commences at 09.00 AEST (New South Wales time) on 29/03/23 and closes
at 18.05 AEST (New South Wales time) on 27/08/23 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter, be a full Wests member and purchase a Coca-Cola variety jug or 2 x Coca Cola
330ml varieties at any public bar at Wests New Lambton, Wests Mayfield, Wests City, Wests
Cardiff and Wests Nelson Bay during the Promotional period, scan their member card to
receive a virtual entry into the draw to win. Coca-Cola varieties include Classic Coca-Cola,
Diet Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Lift and Coke No Sugar.
5. A prize draw will take place Wests New Lambton on following dates and times. The first
valid entry will receive a prize. Prize winners do not need to be present at the draw in order
to claim the prize. Once the draw has taken place entries will be removed and will not be
valid for subsequent draws.

The prize consists of:
a) Two (2) seats to the Newcastle Knights home game in The 88 Lounge located in the
Eastern Grandstand. Drawn at Wests New Lambton, 88 Hobart Rd, New Lambton
2305. Prize also consists of party food and refreshments.
Total RRP value of prize = $500.00. Total Promotion RRP value = $5,000.00.
7. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are
the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delivering prizes
to winners.
8. Winners will be notified by telephone on the day of the draw.
9. In the event any prize remains unclaimed within 48 hours of the draw, the Participating
Venue reserves the right to distribute any such prize to its loyal customers in its absolute
discretion.
10. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is
final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no

13. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party prize suppliers, including any
other third-party providers (“Third Party Providers”). The Prize Supplier is not responsible or
liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner or their guest as a result of the
conduct of any Third-Party Providers or otherwise as a result of the winner and their guest
accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury is due to the
negligence or willful misconduct of the Prize Supplier or which otherwise cannot be
excluded by law.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address
and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this
promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter; whose decision is final. The
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails
to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is
otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion
or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the
event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval
