Terms and Conditions

    Victoria based customers can receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw to win 1 of 5 $1,000 Bunnings Gift Cards (Offer) when they place an order for any part on the myKomatsu Portal at https://my.komatsu.com.au (myKomatsu Portal) (Eligible Order). Each prize is valued at AUD$1,000 (excluding GST and delivery) with a total prize pool of AUD$5,000. All Eligible Orders placed before 30 June 2023 will also receive free standard shipping.

    Offer applies to Eligible Orders made between 12am 9 March 2023 till 11:59pm 30 June 2023 (Offer Period). The free standard shipping portion of the Offer applies to Eligible Orders made between 24 March 2023 until 30 June 2023.  

    One (1) entry per Eligible Order, any additional Eligible Orders made during the Offer Period will be eligible to redeem the Offer.

    There are five (5) prizes in total to be won. The first five (5) valid entries drawn will win the prize. The winners will be selected using a random name generator at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office on 3 July 2023. The individual winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, the prize will then by posted to the winners nominated address.

    In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 10 July 2023 at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.

    In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.

    This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

    This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including, but not limited to B2B sales, branch sales and punchout sales) and is only available for customers purchasing from Victoria, Australia with a valid delivery address in Victoria, Australia.
