FREE Vanilla & Caramel tealight candles giveaway - Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the FREE Vanilla & Caramel tealight candles giveaway which
has been issued by Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, 816 Beeliar Drive, Success WA 6164.
2. The giveaway commences at 9:00am on Monday 8 th May 2023 and concludes at 5:00pm on Sunday
14 th May 2023, or while stock lasts.
3. FREE Vanilla & Caramel tealight candles giveaway is valid for the first 400 VIP members for the
duration of the campaign, including weekends. One redemption is permitted per VIP member during
the promotional period.
4. This giveaway is open to all people over the age of 16 who reside in Western Australia.
5. To redeem this offer, customers must be a VIP member of Cockburn Gateway. The recipient will
receive a FREE Vanilla & Caramel tealight candle pack at no charge from the information desk
located opposite Best & Less (816 Beeliar Drive, Success 6164).
6. Vanilla & Caramel tealight candle pack can only be taken as per the description and cannot be
exchanged for cash, refunded or modified in any way.
7. Prior to redeeming the gift, it is assumed that all entrants have read and understood these terms
and conditions.
8. In consideration for participation in the promotion, the winners release from, and indemnify
Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, Perron Investments Pty Ltd and JLL against, all liability, cost, loss
or expense arising out of acceptance of any gift or prize(s) or participation in the promotional
giveaway including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and
whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, or due to any negligent act or omission or otherwise.
9. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City may, subject to State regulations, terminate this promotion at any
time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person.
10. If an item is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right cease this
promotion, or to substitute the gift with purchase with an item of up to equal value or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
11. The promotional materials are supplied by Cockburn Gateway Shopping City and cannot be
redeemed for cash. The giveaway is awarded in the form of a physical product and must be collected
in centre by the person claiming it. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, JLL and Perron Investments
accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes.
12. Employees of JLL, Perron Investments, Cockburn Gateway Shopping City retailers and their staff,
contractors and their immediate families as well as the agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible for entry.
13. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City Centre Manager’s (or representative) decision is final and no
further correspondence will be entered in to.
14. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
15. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, JLL and Perron Investments shall not be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
16. In accepting your gift, you may agree to your contact details being used for marketing purposes by
agreeing to that option. When you do so, your details are entered into our database(s), and are
used to contact you to about events, activities and promotions and to direct market to you. Those
details may also be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at

17. If you do not agree to your contact details being used for marketing purposes, they may still be
recorded and used for purposes associated with the promotion (including the redemption of any
