WIN A TRIP TO AUSTRALIA’S CRAFT BEER CAPITAL 2023 Competition
1. The promoter is: Spectapular Enterprises Pty Ltd.
2. The competition will be referred to as: WIN A TRIP TO AUSTRALIA’S CRAFT BEER CAPITAL; a
promotional campaign to encourage participants to purchase a festival ticket for GABS Australia.
3. Competition entry is limited to residents of Australia only.
4. One winner will be chosen, by way of random draw by the promoter’s auditors.
5. Employees of Spectapular Enterprises or their family members or anyone else
connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall
not be permitted to enter the competition.
6. All primary ticket purchases to GABS 2023 will receive an entry/entries into the draw. The number of
entries earned is based on the date your ticket is purchased with allocations as per below:
● Primary ticket purchasers must purchase 1 or more tickets for GABS 2023 during
pre-sale to receive 10 entries.
● Primary ticket purchasers must purchase 1 or more tickets for GABS 2023 after presale
until March 31st 2023 to receive 4 entries.
● Primary ticket purchasers must purchase 1 or more tickets for GABS 2023 from April 1st
2023 to receive 1 entry.
7. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
8. The closing date for entry is10 JUNE 2023 and winner draw date is 16 JUNE 2023.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason
whatsoever.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these
terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or
military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable
law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes
to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant
by any third party connected with this competition.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the winner's draw date. If the
winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours
of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the prospective
winner and pick a replacement winner.

final and no correspondence will be entered into.
