How to enter: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Purchase a ticket to Australian Outback Spectacular’s Mastery of the Horse 2023 before 15 June 2023 at 11:59pm AEST and you will be automatically entered into the draw. You can enter more than once, however only one entry is permitted per transaction. Employees of Village Roadshow Theme Parks and the immediate family of all such employees are not eligible to enter the competition.

One winner will receive the following prize:

VIP experience provided by Lexus Melbourne Cup in Drover’s Lounge

The Drover’s Lounge prize includes 2 x entry tickets to the Drover’s Lounge section of venue plus four course dinner accompanied by a premium suite of beverages, 1 x backstage tour, 1 x souvenir photo and 1 x show program. Drover’s Lounge seats 12 guests, but package does not guarantee exclusive use of the lounge. Valid only for Friday 1 September 2023. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, is non-refundable (subject to any requirements under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws) and cannot be resold.

2 nights’ accommodation at Sea World Resort

Together with the Sea World Resort terms and conditions the following applies: Prize includes two (2) guests accommodation in a Deluxe Room type, valid for 2 night stay from: 31 August 2023 to 2 September 2023. Please note this does not include any theme park entry. Subject to availability. No refunds (subject to any requirement at law to the contrary). Surcharges apply for other room types.

Flights from your nearest capital city

Prize includes two (2) x adults return economy flights capped up to the total value of $800 AUD. The inbound flight must depart on, or prior to the first night of stay at Sea World Resort on 31 August 2023. The outbound flight must depart on the check-out date on 2 September 2023.

Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. The booking of travel arrangements will be based on availability of airfares at time of booking. Winner must depart and return from their nearest capital city. If the nearest capital city for the winner is Brisbane, the flight component of the Prize will not apply and no substitute or monetary compensation will be provided in lieu. The winner will be responsible for any costs associated with reaching the city of departure as well as any additional costs not included in the prize inclusions. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and remains the responsibility of the winner. Documentation required for travel will remain the responsibility of the winner. The Winner must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No substitute and/or alternative dates for the prize provided. The Prize and booking of the Prize are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of the Promoter and airline.

Prize conditions: Total prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, is non-refundable (subject to any requirements under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws) and cannot be resold. No extension of the validity date of the prize will be permitted. Meals, transport and other incidentals are not included except where specifically stated. Prize must be taken in its entirety and completed by 2 September 2023. If the Prize cannot be taken beforehand, it will be forfeited without any compensation to the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Winner selection: The competition is a game of chance and the winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn or the winner is not able to be contacted.

Winner announcement: One (1) winner will be announced at Australian Outback Spectacular’s Mastery of the Horse 2023 event. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to make contact with the winner, within a period of 1 week from that date, then a new winner will be announced and contacted.
