5) Thepromotioncommences9amon16May2023andfinalentriescloseat11:59pmon15June 2023 AEST. Australia Zoo will select the winner within 10 business days of receiving the final entries. The winner will be notified within 5 business days of selection via Facebook.
6) Toenter,theentrantsmustfollowallstepsofthecompetition:
- Take an original photo of the family wrangling our Cameron the Crocodile statue at Australia Zoo
and post it on their Facebook page use the hashtag #CaptureCameron
- SHARE your photo on the Australia Zoo Facebook page, to ensure we can see your entry
- Wait until 15 June when entries close, and the Australia Zoo panel will select the best photo!
7) Theindividualwhopoststhephotomustowntheintellectualproperty.
8) EntrieswillbejudgedbyapanelofjudgesfromAustraliaZoo,basedoncreativity,andalldecisions
will be final. The competition is based on the photo. Chance plays no part in determining the
winners.
9) Theprizeisnon-refundableorredeemableforcash.Alldecisionsarefinalandnocorrespondence
will be entered into. Australia Zoo accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed void if forged, inappropriate, offensive or in breach of Facebook Terms and Conditions in any way.
10) Entrants warrant that:
- Their entry is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party;
and
- Their entry does not contain any content that is sexually explicit; violent or derogatory towards
any ethnicity, race, gender, religion, profession, age group; profane or pornographic, obscene or
offensive or violates any law.
11) By entering this promotion, the participant grants Australia Zoo and its licensees and assignees a
non-exclusive license to exercise all rights in perpetuity throughout the world for the entry at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to display the entry or any part of the entry in whole or in part in any media, including on the Australia Zoo Facebook page. The participant acknowledges that they will not be entitled to any compensation for this continued use.

13) Prize is valid for 6 months and includes:
