WIN A $5,000 WINTER ESCAPE

HOW TO ENTER

Winter escapes is a spend-to-win promotion.

Draws every Friday from June 2nd to Frday 25th August  2023, starting at 7pm and culminating at 9pm.

Tickets: Members can earn tickets with every $10 spent on meals at Chopstix Or Fork and Kelly’s Bar + Kitchen or any Panthers Penrith owned Bar between 7am & 10pm or 1 ticket for every $20 spent at any of the weekly Bingo, Cash Housie or Raffles sessions.

Tickets will need to be placed into the specially marked barrel located in the Promotions area, after 4pm every Friday.  The barrel will close at 8:55pm prior to the final draw.

Barrel will be clear every week after the draws.

DRAWS:

EVERY FRIDAY Draws between 7 & 9PM.

10 members will be drawn every Friday to select a brief case to reveal their prize.

Amounts will be:

    Travel Voucher valued at $5,000

The winners will select a briefcase to reveal what they have won.

 

IMPORTANT DETAILS

    Member must be at the Club and present themselves to the Promotional desk within 4 minutes of their name being called out to win.
    Members can only win once on the night. If a winning Member is drawn again, a redraw will occur.
    Member entries are valid week of issue only.
    The barrel will be emptied after the final draw Friday.
    Tickets are only valid for the week of issue.


WINTER ESCAPES
Start Date: Friday 2 June 2023
End Date: Friday 25 August 2023
HOW TO ENTER
1. Entry tickets for the WINTER ESCAPE will be issued to current financial members of
Panthers Penrith.
2. Members will receive one entry ticket for every $10 spent at any Panthers owned bars
or food outlets between 7am to 10pm.
3. Members will also receive Bonus entry tickets for the WINTER ESCAPE when they:
- Spend $20 at Friday Raffles
- Spend $20 at Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Bingo / Cash Housie
sessions
4. The WINTER ESCAPE Promotional Barrel will be open for Members to place their entries
in at 4PM Friday next to the Promotions Desk.
DRAW
5. There will be Ten (10) draws conducted from 8PM to 9PM every Friday.
6. Each winner must be in the Club at the time of the draw and present themselves to
the draw locations within four (4) minutes of their name being announced over the
Club PA system and show their valid Panthers Membership card. If they do not meet
these requirements, then a redraw will commence.
7. Each of the ten drawn winners will be awarded the chance to select a briefcase to
determine their prize.
8. The bags will be selected in order of the members being drawn.
PRIZES
Ten briefcases will be on display for the winners to select to reveal their prize.
The cases will contain the following prizes.
• $5000 Travel Voucher.
• $100 cash

GENERAL
9. It is the responsibility of Members to be in an area of Panthers Penrith premises where
they can hear the draw announcements.
10. The barrel will be emptied after the weekly draws.
11. There is no limit to the number of entries a Member can receive.
12. Members can only win once per day. If a winning Member is draw again, a redraw
will occur.
13. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. Panthers Penrith Board of Directors and Staff who have been associated with the
Panthers Clubs for any time since the commencement of the promotion, are not
eligible to claim any prizes on offer.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Club, the Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by
law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
16. The prize cannot be transferred to another member
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Club (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including,
but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Club’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is
late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Club) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Club; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax
liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
18. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
19. The Club reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age, membership status and place of residence) and
to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Club's discretion. Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
20. Members can only use their own card when purchasing.
21. Only official PICK A TRIP tickets will be accepted purchase receipts are not valid and a redraw will take
place.
