The following Promotion Details are to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Details
Item 1: Promoter The Promoter is The Star Entertainment Qld Limited ABN 78 010 741 045 trading as The

(the “Promoter”).

The Promotion will commence at 1.00pm on Monday 3 July 2023 and will end at the
conclusion of the 12.30pm draw on Friday 29 September 2023.

Item 5: Entry
Requirement
Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who satisfy clause 2 of the Terms and
Conditions of this Promotion, and who are a Bronze or Silver Member of The Star Club or
Prestige Domestic program operated by the Promoter and who have a current membership
card (“Membership Card").
People who meet the above conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the
Promotion Period are referred to as “Eligible Member/s” and will be entitled to enter the
Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person participating in the Promotion at any
time.
Item 6: Entry into
Random
Selection Draws
To be eligible to be selected in Random Selection Draws, an Eligible Member must be
playing a compatible electronic gaming machine or electronic table game (an “Eligible
Machine”) at the Draw Location at the time of a Random Selection Draw.
To be deemed to be ‘playing an Eligible Machine’, an Eligible Member must be at the
Eligible Machine and have their Membership Card inserted and credit available on the
Eligible Machine at the time the Konami Casino Management System recognises the
“Random Giveaway” has been won by that Eligible Member.

If the Eligible Member playing the Selected Machine satisfies the terms and conditions, they
will be deemed the Selected Winner of the prize as detailed in Item 11 and will receive a
message on the NAMB unit of the Selected Machine they are playing to notify them of their
win.

Item 11: Prize/s Each Selected Winner, subject to compliance with these Conditions of Entry, will win $100
Slots Dollars (each a “Prize”).
Each Selected Winner will have their Prize added automatically to their Slots Dollar
balance. Prizes are not transferable.
The total prize pool for this Promotion Period is $214,500 Slots Dollars, made up of $5,500
Slots Dollars won per Draw Day.

Identification
A Selected Winner may be asked to produce valid acceptable identification to a
representative of the Promoter to confirm their eligibility to win a prize.

Valid identification acceptable to the Promoter will be either one form of valid photographic
identification (Passport or Australian driver’s licence) with an undamaged clearly visible
photograph, or two other forms of non-photographic identification acceptable to the
Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements at its sole
discretion in circumstances where the identity of a Selected Winner is determinable by a
representative of the Promoter without the assistance of these or any other form of
identification.
Item 14: Other
conditions
Members can be selected in multiple Random Selection Draws each Draw Day.
Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for alternate prizes.
Any tax liability or implication which attaches to a prize is the responsibility of the Selected
Winner claiming that Prize.
Slots Dollars may become unavailable due to technical difficulties outside of Treasury
Brisbane’s control.
Slots Dollars may only be used on compatible electronic gaming machines.
Slots Dollars are valid for thirty (30) days from the day they have been awarded.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter listed in Item 1 will conduct
the Promotion listed in Item 2 at the
Participating Property listed in Item 3 during
the Promotion Period listed in Item 4.
2. Participation in the Promotion is open to all
persons who meet and continue to satisfy
throughout the Promotion Period the details
listed in Item 5 as well as the following
requirements:
(a) 18 years of age or older;
(b) entitled to access the Draw
Location;
(c) not the subject of an exclusion
pursuant to the Casino Control Act
1982 (Qld); and
(d) not the subject of a Withdrawal of
License (WOL) from The Star
Sydney, The Star Gold Coast or
Treasury Brisbane.
3. If an Eligible Entrant: (i) has their
membership status cancelled or otherwise
amended; (ii) is excluded from a casino or
premises operated by The Star
Entertainment Group Limited (and its
related entities); or (iii) is issued a
Withdrawal of License (WOL) from The
Star Sydney, The Star Gold Coast or
Treasury Brisbane:
(a) during the Promotion; or
(b) prior to that person claiming the
relevant prize (if the Eligible
Entrant is a selected winner), so
that he or she no longer satisfies
Condition 2, that person will no
longer be eligible to enter or
participate in the Promotion
and/or claim a prize (even if they
are the selected winner) and that
person will forfeit any entitlement
to a prize.
4. Eligible Entrant’s can enter the Promotion
as set out in Item 6 and Item 8.
5. Draws will occur at the times listed in Item
8 at the location listed Item 9.
6. Eligible Entrant’s must present at the draws
in accordance with Item 10 and produce
identification in accordance with Item 13. If
applicable the redraw mechanism is listed
in Item 12.
7. The Prizes available in this Promotion are
listed in Item 11.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse
any person participation in the Promotion.

9. Directors, management and employees of
The Star Entertainment Group of
companies (including any related body
corporate as defined in the Corporations
Act 2001) and their immediate families are
not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
For the purposes of this clause, ‘immediate
families’ of an employee means the
person’s spouse and family members
residing at the same premises as the
employee. The Star Entertainment Group
comprises but is not limited to the
businesses of The Star Sydney, The Star
Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane.
10. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot
be exchanged or redeemed for alternate
prizes. Any tax liability or implication which
attaches to a prize is the responsibility of
the entrant claiming that prize.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any
loss, damage or injury suffered or claimed
(including, but not limited to, indirect or
consequential loss or damage, personal
injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or
damage) by an entrant in relation to
entering or participating in this Promotion or
taking or using the prizes offered except
where that loss, damage or injury was
caused by breach of these terms and
conditions by the Promoter or the wilful or
negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter.
12. Conduct of the entire Promotion, including
decisions on the eligibility of persons to
enter and validity of entry and prizes, shall
be the responsibility of the Promoter.
13. To the extent that a situation or issue arises
for which these Terms and Conditions make
no provision for or a situation or issue arises
to which the relevant Terms and Conditions
are unclear, the Promoter reserves the right
to make a decision regarding such situation
or issue which is not inconsistent with these
Terms and Conditions.
14. While the Promoter intends to conduct the
Promotion as offered, the Promoter
reserves the right to cancel or change the
Promotion or a prize offered in the
Promotion if it can no longer continue the
Promotion or offer a prize due to
circumstances outside the Promoter’s
control.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
late or non-received Entry/Entries. The
Promoter does not guarantee the
continuous or fault-free operation of the
entry processes, including entry validating
and receipting processes, during the
Promotion.
16. Any entrant who tampers, or attempts to
tamper, with the entry processes or
tampers, or attempts to tamper with the
processes used for the draws or who
submits an entry which is not valid in
accordance with these terms will be subject
to disqualification at the discretion of the
Promoter.
17. Entrants may be asked to participate in
publicity or advertising at the request of the
Promoter. Participation in any such publicity
or advertising is at the sole discretion of the
relevant Entrant. The names of Entrants will
not be published without their consent
except as announced at the Draw Location.
18. Participation in the Promotion indicates
acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
governing the Promotion. These Terms and
Conditions will be available at The Star Club
Desk located at the participating properties
of the Promoter throughout the Promotion
Period.
19. By participating in this Promotion, each
entrant’s Entry/Entries becomes the
property of the Promoter and may be used
for the Promoter’s business analysis and
marketing purposes in accordance with the
Promoter’s privacy statement can be
viewed at
www.starentertainmentgroup.com.au/priva
cy-policy. Failure to supply the personal
information requested or required by the
Promoter may result in an Entry being
deemed invalid. Privacy law allows entrants
to access their personal information held by
the Promoter in certain circumstances.
