The following Promotion Details are to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Details
Item 1: Promoter The Promoter is The Star Entertainment Qld Limited ABN 78 010 741 045 trading as The
Star Gold Coast, 1 Casino Drive, Broadbeach QLD 4218 ph. (07) 3306 8888 (the
“Promoter”).
Item 2: Promotion 1-IN-3 Swipestakes – July, August, September & October 2023 (the “Promotion”).

Period
The Promotion will commence at 10.00am on Monday 3 July 2023 and will end at 11.59pm
on Sunday 1 October 2023.
All times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Item 5: Entry
Requirement
Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who satisfy clause 2 of the Terms and
Conditions of this Promotion, and who are Members of The Star Club or Prestige Domestic
program operated by the Promoter and that have a current membership card.
People who meet the above conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the
Promotion Period are referred to as “Eligible Entrant/s” and will be entitled to enter the
Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person participating in the Promotion at any
time.
“Invalid Entrant” means an entrant whose The Star Club or Prestige Domestic program
membership status is cancelled during the Promotional Period or an entrant that is not an
“Eligible Entrant” for the duration of the Promotional Period. Invalid Entrants will no longer
be eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion and will forfeit any entitlement to a prize.
Item 6: Entry

The Promotion will be open for entry from 10.00am Monday 3 July 2023 until 11:59pm
Sunday 1 October 2023 (“Instant Win Entry Period”).
Item 7: Method of

Instant Win Method of Entry
To be eligible to win an instant prize, an Eligible Entrant must login with their Membership
Card at one of the JackPOD units (“Promotional Device”) located in the Member Zone on
the Main Gaming Floor at The Star Gold Coast during the Instant Win Entry Period and play
the game on the Promotional Device (“Instant Win Game”).
Eligible Entrants are only eligible to swipe a maximum of once per calendar day in the
Instant Win Entry Period.
Anyone suspected, found or reported to be swiping and participating in the promotion with a
Membership Card that does not belong to them and does not match their personal
identification may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and any prizes
forfeited.
Item 8: Promotion

Instant Win Prizes
Eligible Entrants have a one (1) in three (3) chance of winning an Instant Win Prize.
If an Eligible Entrant wins a prize, a message will appear on the screen of the relevant
Promotional Device; “Congratulations you have won <Prize>” (“Winning Member”).

Prizes will be automatically allocated to a winning Member’s membership account. Winners
do not need to claim prizes from The Star Club Desk.
If an Eligible Entrant is not a winner, a message will appear on the screen of the relevant
Promotional Device alerting the Eligible Entrant to the unsuccessful attempt.

Instant Wins will take place in The Member Zone on The Main Gaming Floor.

Each Winning Member will be randomly awarded a prize through the Promotional Device.
Prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period are:
a. $10 Casino Dollars (37,400 prizes to be won)
b. $20 Casino Dollars (3,400 prizes to be won)
c. $50 Casino Dollars (700 prizes to be won)
d. $100 Casino Dollars (280 prizes to be won)
(each an “Instant Win Prize”).
Estimated prize pool for this Promotion is $505,000 Casino Dollars.
Numbers are based on 1,300 Members participating in the Promotion each day.
Casino Dollar prizes will be automatically allocated to a winning Member’s Account, winners
do not need to claim these from The Star Club Desk.

Identification
Valid identification acceptable to the Promoter will be either one form of valid photographic
identification (Passport or Australian driver’s licence) with an undamaged clearly visible
photograph, or two other forms of non-photographic identification acceptable to the
Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements at its sole
discretion in circumstances where the identity of a winner is determinable by a
representative of the Promoter without the assistance of these or any other form of
identification.
Item 14: Other
conditions
Fraudulent Use of Membership Card
By swiping a Membership Card in the Member Zone, a Member is confirming that their
personal identify matches the identity registered to the Membership Card in use and that
they have knowingly and willingly agreed to The Star Club Membership terms and
conditions of use. Any Member found to be in breach of The Star Club Membership terms
and conditions of use, including participation or knowledge of fraudulent promotion activity
such as purposely swiping another Members Membership Card, is subject to consequences
determined by the Promoter and The Star Club terms and conditions. The Promoter
reserves the right to review and utilise all property resources available, including security
and CCTV footage, if a Member is suspected for fraudulent or undesirable use of a
Membership Card.
Casino Dollar Prizes
Casino Dollar prizes will load automatically to the Members account. Casino Dollars will
expire after 180 consecutive days without a valid rating of a Member’s The Star Club
Membership Card.

No substitutions or transfers
Prizes cannot be substituted. Prizes are not transferrable.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter listed in Item 1 will conduct the
Promotion listed in Item 2 at the Participating
Property listed in Item 3 during the Promotion Period
listed in Item 4.
2. Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons
who meet and continue to satisfy throughout the
Promotion Period the details listed in Item 5 as well
as the following requirements:
a. 18 years of age or older;
b. entitled to access the Draw Location;
c. not excluded (including an exclusion
direction or self-exclusion order) from a
casino or premises operated by The Star
Entertainment Group Limited (and its
related entities); and
d. not the subject of a Withdrawal of License
(WOL) from The Star Sydney, The Star
Gold Coast or Treasury Brisbane.
3. If an Eligible Entrant: (i) has their membership status
cancelled or otherwise amended; (ii) is excluded
from a casino or premises operated by The Star
Entertainment Group Limited (and its related
entities); or (iii) is issued a Withdrawal of License
(WOL) from The Star Sydney, The Star Gold Coast
or Treasury Brisbane:
(a) during the Promotion; or
(b) prior to that person claiming the relevant
prize (if the Eligible Entrant is a selected winner),
so that he or she no longer satisfies Condition 2,
that person will no longer be eligible to enter or
participate in the Promotion and/or claim a prize
(even if they are the selected winner) and that
person will forfeit any entitlement to a prize.
4. Eligible Entrant’s must earn Entries during the times
listed in Item 6 through the method listed in Item 7.
5. Draws will occur at the times listed in Item 8 at the
location listed Item 9.
6. Eligible Entrant’s must present at the draws in
accordance with Item 10 and produce identification
in accordance with Item 13. If applicable the redraw
mechanism is listed in Item 12.
7. The Prizes available in this Promotion are listed in
Item 11.
8. Item 14 outlines any further conditions that apply.
9. Directors, management, and employees of The Star
Entertainment Group of companies (including any
related body corporate as defined in the
Corporations Act 2001) and their immediate families
are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. For
the purposes of this clause, ‘immediate families’ of
an employee means the person’s spouse and family
members residing at the same premises as the
employee. The Star Entertainment Group comprises
but is not limited to the businesses of The Star
Sydney, The Star Gold Coast and Treasury
Brisbane.
10. Conduct of the entire Promotion, including decisions
on the eligibility of persons to enter and validity of
entry and prizes, shall be the responsibility of the
Promoter.
11. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which
these Terms and Conditions make no provision for or
a situation or issue arises to which the relevant
Terms and Conditions are unclear, the Promoter
reserves the right to make a decision regarding such
situation or issue which is not inconsistent with these
Terms and Conditions.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or
non-received Entry/Entries. The Promoter does not
guarantee the continuous or fault-free operation of
the entry processes, including entry validating and
receipting processes, during the Promotion.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to waive or vary the
identification requirements specified in these Terms
and Conditions in circumstances where the identity
of the winner is determinable without the assistance
of the specified identification.
14. Any entrant who tampers, or attempts to tamper, with
the entry processes or tampers, or attempts to
tamper with the processes used for the draws or who
submits an entry which is not valid in accordance
with these terms will be subject to disqualification at
the discretion of the Promoter.
15. Entrants may be asked to participate in publicity or
advertising at the request of the Promoter.
Participation in any such publicity or advertising is at
the sole discretion of the relevant Entrant. The
names of Entrants will not be published without their
consent except as announced at the Draw Location.
16. The Star Gold Coast reserves the right to cancel or
change any Prize offered under the Promotion if
there are any changes to the law which would or
might render the Promotion or any prizes offered
under the Promotion unlawful.
17. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any
reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example
due to software, hardware or communications
issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud
or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change,
suspend or cancel the Promotion or disqualify
affected entries/entrants.

18. Participation in the Promotion indicates acceptance
of the Terms and Conditions governing the
Promotion. These Terms and Conditions will be
available at The Star Club Desk located at the
participating properties of the Promoter throughout
the Promotion Period.
19. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant’s
Entry/Entries becomes the property of the Promoter
and may be used for the Promoter’s business
analysis and marketing purposes in accordance with
the Promoter’s privacy statement can be viewed at
www.starentertainmentgroup.com.au/privacy-policy.
Failure to supply the personal information requested
or required by the Promoter may result in an Entry
being deemed invalid. Privacy law allows entrants to
access their personal information held by the
Promoter in certain circumstances.
