Major Promotion – EVEREST EXPEDITION

Terms and Conditions of Entry

    Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
    The promotion ‘EVEREST EXPEDITION’ will be known as the Major Promotion.
    Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
    Only financial Members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
    Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
    Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
    The Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 26th June 2023 until approximately 5pm on Sunday 27th August 2023
    Winners will be notified in person and must be present for the draws.
    Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
    Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
    A member can gain one (1) entry each day into the promotion by swiping through the Kiosk.
    Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days every 2 and ½ hours of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
    Members who are to participate in activities within the club for example bingo, must place their name on the register to be eligible to participate in the draws. Those that win will be notified once their activity is over.
    There will be a draw every Sunday from the 2ndJuly 2023 – 27th August 2023
    Each week five (5) winners will be drawn out.
    One (1) entrant for that week’s prize draw will be drawn at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm & 5pm.
    The following cash amounts apply to each draw.

1pm = $100

2pm = $200

3pm = $300

4pm = $400

5pm = $500

    On the last Sunday of each month 30th July & 27 August 2023, There will be Two (2) winners called out every hour who will each win the above amounts.
    A member can be called out for multiple draws in one day.
    Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
    Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
    The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
    If a Member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
    If a Member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
    Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
    No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
    By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
