Terms & Conditions for ASUS Month 2023 –
Win A Porsche Experience in Germany
General
Information published by the Promoter, as defined below, on how to enter, and prize details, form part of the Terms
and Conditions of Entry (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency found between these Terms and Conditions and any reference to this promotion,
these Terms and Conditions prevail.
The Promoter is ASUS Australia Pty Ltd ABN 81 148 073 858 (“Promoter”) and reserves the right to alter the
incentive, product offerings and specifications at any time, without notice.
Entry Restrictions
Offer is only open to residents of Australia and/or New Zealand aged 18 or over residing in eligible states and
territories outlined below as of the date of entry, and has fulfilled the requirements set out below. Employees,
directors, and contractors and their immediate families, of the Promoter and Promoter’s agencies (including but not
limited to ASUS retailers and resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter this promotion.
This offer pertains only to relevant Australian/New Zealnd stock sold at participating resellers and is not valid for
products purchased from overseas or overseas stock. To be eligible to enter, consumers must purchase one or more
of the following participating products from an authorised and participating ASUS retailer/reseller within Australia
and/or New Zealand.
Eligible states and territories in Australia: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, WA & TAS (SA, NT not eligible).
All territories in New Zealand are eligible.
Eligible products must be ordered and paid within the Promotion Period, excludes back orders. The commercial
order is not entitled to the promotion.
Promotion Period
All times and dates specified in these Terms and Conditions are times and dates in Sydney, which may be Australian
Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) depending on the date.
The competition opens at 00:01 (AEDT) Sunday 28th May 2023 and ends at 23:59 (AEDT) Friday 31st July 2023
(“Promotion Period”).
Method of Entry
To enter, participants must follow the below steps and upload their proof of ownership and proof of purchase via
https://www.asus.com/au/events; the redemption must contain mandatory proofs of ownership and a mandatory
proof of purchase. No other claim mechanism is valid.
Every local currency $100.00 (AUD$100.00 in Australia or NZD$100.00 in New Zealand, including GST) spent on
the selected ASUS product categories (Motherboard / Graphics Card / Monitor / Projector / Gaming Peripherals
/ Networking / Mini PC / Computer Case / CPU All-In-One Cooler / Power Supply Unit / Optical Disk Drive / SSD
Enclosure / Gaming Chair / Certified Powered by ASUS PC / Pre-Built or Custom PC with ASUS components
/ VivoWatch / Chassis Fan) in a single invoice/receipt during the promotion period from an authorized and
participating ASUS retailer/reseller within Australia and New Zealand will entitle the participant to 1 entry for the
chance to win the grand prize Porsche experience trip to Germany (“Grand Prize”) or other offered prizes.
This offer pertains only to relevant Australian and New Zealand stock and products, and is not valid for products
purchased from overseas or overseas stock. For example, if the end user purchases product/s from Amazon but is
stock from overseas, it is not eligible for the promotion.
For purchases in multiples of local currency $100.00 (including GST) in a single invoice/receipt on ASUS selected
products, chances will be recorded accordingly without the need to send in multiple entries.

e.g. AUD$250.00 (including GST) spent on ASUS selected product in a single invoice/receipt automatically
receives 2 chances in the draw.
e.g. NZD$500.00 (including GST) spent on ASUS selected product in a single invoice/receipt automatically
receives 5 chances in the draw.
For all Pre-Built or Custom PCs with ASUS components, the invoice needs to show the pricing of the individual
ASUS components used in the build. The same rule then applies to the ASUS components for every local currency
of $100.00 spent the entrant will be entitled to one chance in the draw.
e.g. A Custom PC with an AUD $569 ASUS Power Supply and AUD $699 ASUS Chassis in a single invoice/receipt
automatically receives 12 chances in the draw. (As long as the invoice shows the pricing of the individual ASUS
components used in the Custom PC.)
Purchases of Pre-Built or Custom PCs with ASUS components that do not show the prices of the individual ASUS
components listed on the invoice/receipt, but with ASUS motherboard and graphics card installed, will be entitled
to five chances in the draw for every local currency of $1000.00 spent. PC Systems that only use either/one of
these component categories are not eligible.
How to Enter:
1. Purchase any selected ASUS product during the promotion period from an authorized and
participating ASUS retailer/reseller within Australia and/or New Zealand to be eligible to register for a
chance to win a trip to Germany or other offered prizes.
2. Complete registration via https://www.asus.com/au/events including:
i. Upload a photo of the serial number printed on the product itself as mandatory proof of
ownership*, AND the original invoice as mandatory proof of purchase and upload online.**
*No photos will be accepted of the box only, or serial numbers still attached to the box. Photos must
be of serial numbers printed on the actual product. **The invoice must contain legible and legitimate
details of the store which the eligible product was purchased, including store name, ABN, address,
phone number and product code or name.
Entries and registrations will be deemed void if forged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way. The purchase
date is determined by the date of the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the claim.
All claims must be received on or prior to 23:59 (AEST) Monday 7th August 2023 to qualify. No extensions will be
given under any circumstances.
Prize Details
There will be one (1) trip to Germany (“Major Prize”) to be won. The winner (“Major Prize Winner”) will be awarded
one (1) travel prize for 2 people.
The Major Prize comprises of the following components:
• Return flights from nearest capital city to Frankfurt
• 6 days car hire for the winner to drive themselves
• 4 nights accommodation in Frankfurt
• 1 night accommodation in Zuffenhausen
• 2x Porsche Museum tickets
• 1 day Porsche rental (**T&C apply; via EFT as below)

The 2nd to 7th prizes are valued together at up to a total AUD $8,000 (including GST) as of 1st May 2023. The
Promoter shall solely determine the specifications and colour of the prizes to be won and the Promoter’s decision
is final. The prize warranty follows the products original warranty terms and the Promoter will not take any
responsibility for the Grand Prize travel and car insurance.
The total prize pool for this promotion is AUD $23,000 (including GST). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable,
or redeemable for other prizes or cash. All prizes should be redeemed at the location specified by the Promoter.
Prize Restrictions
• Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Prize not available during German or Australian Public or National holiday periods or during period 12th
December 2023 to 27th January 2024. Not valid 1st – 16th April 2024.
• Prize is valid for 12 months from notification of winning. Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of
notification.
• One winner for the Grand Prize must be over 18 years of age.
• Car hire driver must be 21 years or over and with international driving licence.
• All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing 1 room.
• A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals.
• Winner must provide valid bank details for EFT spending money. (Bank account holder must be over 18)
• An adult must accompany all minors under the age 18 to be eligible to travel for the Grand Prize
• Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable
and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the
expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split
across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel
extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of AUD $250 excluding GST, which
must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
• Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel,
flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling
companions.
• Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights.
The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from
their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. The winner and their travelling companion are
responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport.

• Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
• Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable
of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster,
tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory
authority.
• Winner must obtain their own fully comprehensive travel insurance and proof of insurance to be provided
before tickets are issued.
• Winners must follow any Covid-19 conditions and restrictions which may apply, but are not limited to, travel,
hotel and events. Winner and guests must adhere to German laws, conditions, and restrictions during their
period of travel.
Prize Draw
All Prize drawing will be conducted at the end of the Promotion Period, as follows: At ASUS Australia Pty Ltd, Suite
3.01, Level 3, 123 Epping Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 in the presence of an independent scrutineer, at 15:00
(AEST) on Wednesday 16th August 2023 using online random draw gleam.io. The first valid entry drawn will win the
Major Prize.
The promoter may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. The winner of a drawn
prize is determined by chance.
In the event where the Major Prize Winner is unable to be contacted, or if the prize is not claimed within 3 months
of the draw, a re-draw will occur at 15:00 (AEST) on Wednesday 16th November 2023 at ASUS Australia Pty Ltd,
Suite 3.01, Level 3, 123 Epping Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The
re-draw winner will be notified as set out below.
Disqualified, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct address/contact details to receive any Prize. The
Promoter will not be responsible for the loss caused by couriers or wrong/incomplete shipping address or contact
details provided.
Notification of Winner
The Major Prize Winner will be notified by Friday 18th August 2023.
The Major Prize Winner will be notified by phone and or/email. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that
the details in their entry form are correct, including without limitation an email address, no responsibility will be
taken by ASUS or any other promoter/prize facilitator for any incorrect or out of date information. Entrants must
supply a valid phone number and email address with their entry. Invalid emails or uncontactable phone numbers will
be disqualified from this competition.
The Promoter will publish the Major Prize Winner (with their expressed consent) on ASUS official website and/or
social media by Friday 18th August 2023. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter
may only publish the winner’s surname, initial and State/Territory or postcode of residence. Otherwise, the Major
Prize Winner’s details will not be announced or shared publicly.
Promotion Conditions
1. This promotion is not valid for rental or leasing agreements.
2. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or exchangeable for other goods or services.
3. Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, affiliate businesses and other entities in association with this
Promotion together with their immediate families and members of the household of those persons are not
eligible to enter.
4. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services or sold to a third party including online
auctions and private sales. Unused portions of the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be paid in
lieu of that element of the prize.

5. The Major Prize is valid for 12 months. Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
6. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who
enters, and no correspondence will be entered.
7. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way. The purchase date is
determined by the date of the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the claim.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place
of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any
claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with
the claim process.
10. All entries are subject to verification by ASUS. ASUS reserves the right to reject any entry which does not
comply with these terms and conditions.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
determine the identity of the entrant.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Entrants must retain a copy of their tax invoice for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the
proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in
invalidation of ALL entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to the incentive. The tax invoice must clearly
specify the store of purchase, tax invoice number and purchase date.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion.
Independent financial advice should be sought by the Prize Winner.
16. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion. If the entrant checks the appropriate
box on the online registration form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use
the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages
or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any requests to update or correct information to the
Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
17. All images are for illustration purposes only.
18. ASUS makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information but takes no responsibility for any editorial,
photographic, or typographic errors.
19. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any
prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any
incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information communicated during or in connection with this promotion
if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without
limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
