The promoter is: TerraCycle Ltd whose registered office is at 2/44-54 Botany Rd, Alexandria, NSW, 2015, Australia

The competition is open to residents of Australia, except employees connected with the organization or judging of the competition. Must be 18+ to enter.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The opening date for entry will be on 11/08/2023 at 00:00 AEST
The closing date for entry will be 20/08/2023 at 23:59 AEST.

After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Participants will be notified (by promoter) of any changes to these Terms and Conditions as soon as practicable.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The prize will be any small sized, Zero Waste Box. The value will vary as per the price of the box as it appears on our website.

One winner will be chosen at random.

The conditions of the participation:
The participants will have to complete the necessary giveaway entry requirements to be eligible to win the prize.
The winner will be contacted via email on 21/08/2023.
The winner
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The participant will have to share the address for the delivery of the box. The promoter will then notify the winner when the prize will be delivered to the provided address.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters in connection with the competition shall be final and no correspondence will be entered after the competition.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by and are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right to remove any participants not complying with the terms and conditions of the competition, the terms of use of the promoter’s website, the law, or whose behavior is considered by the promoter as disloyal, dishonest, or fraudulent. The promoter reserves the right to investigate the above behaviors during or at the end of the competition. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so at its sole discretion.
The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current AU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
