Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions

This giveaway /competition is operated by PRO FX Destgns Pty Ltd, trading as Face Paint Shop Australia and sponsored by XO Art Co. (the Promoter)

        Entrants must provide a first and last name, and a valid email address, with entries to be submitted via the Promoter’s website ie. facepaintshopaustralia.com, using the entry form provided; 
        All entries/entrants agree to be subscribed to the Face Paint Club email newsletter, and to receive promotional emails from www.facepaintshopaustralia.com
        Entrants may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. However, the winner must be a current subscriber to claim the prize;
        Entries open to Australian and New Zealand Residents only;
        1x Winner will be randomly selected each month from current entries using a “spinning wheel”;
        1x Prize will be awarded each month (refer to the entry form for current prize offer and value);
        The winner's name will be published on our website, on or around the last day of the calendar month
        Prize to be claimed within 30 days of the draw/announcement - to claim, the winner must email support@facepaintshopaustralia.com or use the chat/help desk via the icon on our website;
        Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 30 days;
        Prizes are not transferrable*, and cannot be exchanged for cash;
        Entries are reset each month, ie. entries are current for a period of one month, or one draw
        Current email subscribers can re-enter the draw, once each month, by visiting our website and logging in to their store account, and/or via re-entering their details into the entry form provided;
        Multiple entries (via multiple email addresses) to gain an unfair advantage are not permitted and will be disqualified;

*When redeeming the prize/gift card/store credit, the order must be placed under the same name and email as was entered into the competition draw. Using a different name or email at the time of redeeming the prize will void the prize.
