Terms & Conditions

   1.     The TradeTools + DeWALT GC 500 Experience Giveaway Competition is run by the TradeTools Group and its other associated entities, herein referred to as the TradeTools Group.

   2.     Entries and information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

   3.     By entering this Competition, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

   4.     This Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who are or during the Competition period become an approved TradeTools Group credit account customer or TradeTools Member and purchase any eligible product from any participating TradeTools store during the period of the Competition. Sorry, this excludes Bundaberg Store and Hervey Bay Store.

   5.     Entrants receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on DeWALT branded products on a single invoice through participating TradeTools stores and www.tradetools.com with the transaction being completed through the entrants credit account or TradeTools Membership.

   6.     Employees and family members of the TradeTools Group, any of its associated entities and any employee or family member of any other organisation associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the TradeTools + DeWALT GC 500 Experience Giveaway Competition.

   7.     This Competition starts 12:00AM AEST 10th August 2023 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on the 10th October 2023. Competition Prizes will be drawn at TradeTools Head Office, 131 Quinns Hill Road East, Staplyton 4207, Qld on the 13th October 2023.

   8.     The ‘TradeTools + DeWALT GC 500 Experience Giveaway’ Competition prize consists of two (2) GC 500 Super Car Passes & Corporate Box experience valued at $2,500 for the main race on Sunday 29th October 2023. Experience includes food & drinks, fan gear & pit tour. Sorry, does not include flights & accommodation for the event.

   9.     If you hold a valid TradeTools Membership or are an approved TradeTools Group credit account customer and purchase any eligible product during the promotion period under your TradeTools Membership or credit account, you will automatically be entered in to the draw, unless you advise us in advance that you do not wish to participate. The TradeTools Group does not accept responsibility for lost, late or incomplete entries.

   10.     There will be only one (1) prize winner in this competition. The Prize Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The decision of the TradeTools Group is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

   11.     The TradeTools + DeWALT GC 500 Experience passes must be collected by the winner at the entrance of the GC 500 on Sunday 29th October 2023. (Sorry, excludes Hervey Bay and Bundaberg stores).

   12.     The lucky Winner will be notified by phone, email or post within 3 days of the Competition draw and the Winner has 7 days from the date the notification is made to claim the prize. In the event the Winner fails to claim the Prize within 7 days of the date the notification is made, the TradeTools Group reserves the right to re-draw or offer the Prize in a future competition with no further obligation to the first Winner of the relevant Prize.

   13.     The Prize is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred or exchanged.

   14.     The Prize Winner agrees to the TradeTools Group using and publishing their name, town of residence and images in promotional material connected to this and future competitions and promotions at the sole discretion of the TradeTools Group.

   15.     By entering this Competition you agree to opt in to our future marketing communications.
