The Promotion starts at 12.01am AEST on 14 August 2023 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 14 September 2023.
 
 
Entry Restrictions
 
Subject to clause 3 of the Conditions of Entry, entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrant”).
             
 
Entry Method
 
 
 
To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:
 
Go to NESCAFÉ BLEND 43: Turn good mornings into great ones (nestlepromotions.com.au) and follow the prompts to the NESCAFÉ® BLEND 43 Celebrate entry page;
 
Complete the entry form including (but not limited to) their name, email address and phone number;
 
Tell us in 25 words or less what you love about NESCAFÉ® BLEND 43;
 
Click on “submit” to finalise their entry. Entries must be received by the Promoter before the close of the Promotional Period.
 
The Promoter will judge all valid entries in accordance with Judging Details to determine winners.
 
 
Maximum entries permitted
 
One (1) entry per person.

Judging will take place at 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes New South Wales 2138 at 10:00am AEDT on 20 September 2023. The twenty (20) most creative, original and suitable entries will deemed “ "Major Prize Winners" and will be awarded with a “Major Prize”. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining a Winner. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Winner Notification
 
The Major Prize Winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEDT on 22 September 2023
 
 
Prize Winner Publication Details
 
The first letter of first name and surname of the Major Prize Winners will be published on www.nestle.com.au/productnews/winners by 5:00pm AEDT on 6 October 2023.
 
 
 
Prize Claim Date
 
All prizes must be claimed by 5:00pm AEDT on 22 October 2023 by responding to the Prize Winner Notification. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize may be forfeited and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner.
 
 
Re-judging Details  and Prize Winner Notification and Publication Details
 
In the event that the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, or an entry is deemed invalid, or otherwise forfeited, the Promoter will re-judge entries from all remaining entries into the promotion to distribute unclaimed prizes. The re-judging will take place at 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes New South Wales 2138 at 10:00am AEDT on  23 October 2023.winner will be notified by email and their details will be published at www.nestle.com.au/productnews/winners on the same date.
