Prize: 1x major prize of $10,000; 1x minor prize of $5000; 2x
minor prizes of $2500.

HOW TO ENTER:
Members must swipe their OWN membership card in person at the reception kiosks to gain
a virtual entry ticket/s in the draw during the promotional period.
One swipe per member per day only.
If a member is caught swiping another membership card by Saints staff, the member and
the card/s which they are swiping will be noted and all offending members will be
disqualified from the promotion.
Entry tickets are issued virtually into the promotion draw by the Aristocrat Virtual System.
Tickets will be generated as follows [per swipe]:
• Pink Diamond members: 6 tickets
• Diamond members: 5 tickets
• Platinum members: 4 tickets
• Gold members: 3 tickets
• Silver members: 2 tickets
• Emerald + Ruby members: 1 ticket
Members will be able to view how many virtual entries they have accumulated when
swiping their membership card at the kiosk upon arrival, or throughout the promotion.
Members must activate all their accrued virtual entries by swiping their membership card
at the kiosks on Saturday, 26 August before 6.50pm. Member must be onsite and present
within 4 minutes of being called to claim their prize.
DRAWS:
It is the member’s responsibility to swipe their own membership card on Saturday, 26
August, before 6.50pm at a reception kiosk to activate all their virtual tickets to ensure they
are in the draw for that night.
If there is a queue at the kiosks prior to 6.50pm a staff member will take a position at the
end of the queue at 6.50pm and announce no further members can queue behind them.
At random between 7-8pm, four winners will be drawn through the promotion tablet via
Aristocrat Virtual Barrel Promotion System and announced over the PA system.
The winners must be on premises and present themselves within 4 minutes of being called
and present their membership card to verify their identify to claim their prize.
• First prize called will be $10,000 paid via EFT on Monday, 28 August
• Second prize called will be $5000 cash or paid via EFT on Monday, 28 August
• Third prize called will be $2500 cash or paid via EFT on Monday, 28 August
• Fourth prize called will be $2500 cash or paid via EFT on Monday, 28 August
A member can only win once in this promotion.
Winners must be financial members of the club at the time of the draw.
An independent scrutineer and duty manager will supervise the draw.
GENERAL:
1. The promotion is for members of St Marys Rugby League Club that meet the above ‘How
to Enter’ criteria.
2. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The promotion is open to financial St Marys Rugby League Club who have correctly
swiped their membership at the kiosks and activated their entries for the virtual draw.
4. Members must be aged 18 years or over.
5. St Marys Rugby League Club Board of Directors, Management, Staff and Contractors who
have been associated with the club for any time since the commencement of the
promotion, are not eligible to claim any prizes on offer. Guests of members and visitors are
also not eligible to enter this promotion.
6. The Club collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for
this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents,
contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory
authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants should direct any
request to access, update or correct information to the Club. All entries become the
property of the Club.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Club reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Club, the
Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to
disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority,
to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
9. It is a condition of entry that promotional photos will be taken to use their name, image
and/or voice, in the event that they are a winner in any media format for an unlimited
period of time, for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or
promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. If the
entrant does not want their name and photo to be published, the Club must be advised of
this in writing addressed to the Group Membership Manager.
10. The prize cannot be transferred to another member.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Club (including its officers,
employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where
arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether
or not under the Club’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party
interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected
(whether or not after their receipt by the Club) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Club; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and
Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
12. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
13. The Club reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age, membership status and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or
who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Club's
discretion. Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a
waiver of those rights.
14. Promotion terms and conditions are for the information of club patrons, employees and
regulatory inspectors and are available on request.
15. A prize register will be maintained and kept for at least 12 months after the expiration of
the permit.
16. This promotion will be scrutinised by an independent person, who is not the person
conducting the draw and not an employee of St Marys Rugby League Club.
