Elders’ Livestock Now Promotion (Promotion) commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on 28 August 2023 and closes at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 13 September 2023 (Promotion Period). 3. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must: 3.1. reside in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania or South Australia. 3.2. be 18 years or over; 3.3. during the Promotion Period, subscribe to Elders’ Livestock Now Magazine via the following subscription link: [https://elders.com.au/for-farmers/livestock/livestock- now-subscription/ and remain a subscriber of the Livestock Now during the Promotion Period; and 3.4. accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions. 4. One eligible entrant will win a prize consisting of: 4.1. two tickets to the 2023 AFL Grand Final in the September Club at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Saturday, 30 September 2023. Tickets include September Club entertainment and hospitality; 4.2. if required, return economy flights for two people from the winner’s nearest capital city or major regional airport to Melbourne; 4.3. accommodation for two people at the Mercure Southbank situated at 9 Riverside Quay, Southbank, Victoria 3006 (Mercure Southbank) in one superior queen sized bed from 2.00pm Friday, 29 September 2023 to 11am Sunday, 1 October 2023; and 4.4. breakfast for two people at the Mercure Southbank from Friday, 29 September 2023 to Sunday, 1 October 2023. (collectively, the Prize) 5. The Prize has a maximum retail value of $4,300. 6. The Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. 7. Promotion draw process: 7.1. Eligible entrants are automatically entered into the Promotion. There is a limit of one entry per person; 7.2. The winner will be determined by a random draw determined solely by Elders conducted by a representative of Elders at 10.00am (AEDT) at Elders’ head office situated at Level 10, 80 Grenfell Street, Adelaide, SA 5000 (Head Office) on Friday, 15 September 2023; 7.3. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within four days of the draw; and 7.4. If Elders is unable to contact the winner after making reasonable attempts within four days of the draw, then a redraw will be conducted at Head Office at 10.00am (AEDT) on 19th September 2023, in the same manner, at the same location and from the same pool of eligible participants as provided for by clause 7.1. 8. Details of the winner will be published on the following platforms: 8.1. Elders’ website, www.elders.com.au; 8.2. Elders’ Facebook page; and 8.3. in a newspaper circulating throughout the applicable state or territory that the winner resides in. 9. The winner must participate and cooperate (as required by Elders) in all publicity activities relating to the Promotion, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. The winner authorises Elders to use any created content for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes in any platform in perpetuity worldwide. 10. Elders reserves the right to: 10.1. confirm that your entry/ies to the Promotion are valid; 10.2. seek further clarification from you in relation to your entry/ies and compliance with these Terms and Conditions; 10.3. disqualify you if you: a. tamper with or benefit from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion; b. act in a disruptive manner or act with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing Elders or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors; or c. contravene these Terms and Conditions. 11. Elders’ decisions in relation to the Promotion, including the eligibility of transactions to participate in this Promotion and the drawing process are final and Elders is not obliged to correspond with you in relation to these matters. 12. Elders or any of its officers, employees, agents and contractors are not responsible for: 12.1. invalid contact details including verifying any contact details provided; 12.2. lost, illegible, misdirected, incomplete or damaged entries; and 12.3. incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries. 13. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that Elders may: 13.1. collect and use your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion; 13.2. disclose your personal information to its contractors and/or agents to assist it in conducting the Promotion; and 13.3. use your personal information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise directed by you in writing. 14. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, then Elders reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 17. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges that may be due and payable as a consequence of you: 17.1. participating in the Promotion; and 17.2. receiving, owning, storing, insuring and using the Prize; 18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you: 18.1. release and forever discharge Elders and its officers, employees, agents, sub- contractors and representatives from any and all claims, suits, causes of action, obligations, sums of money, accounts, costs and expenses that you have, or in the future may have, against them in law and in equity arising out of, or in any way relating to (a) the Promotion; and (b) the Prize; and 18.2. indemnify Elders and its officers, employees, agents, sub-contractors and representatives against all claims, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses which they pay, suffer, incur or are liable for arising out of, or in any way relating to (a) your participation in the Promotion; and (b) your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and (c) you or any third party using the Prize. 19. Any Prize supplied by a third-party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third-party supplier. You warrant that you will comply (and ensure that any third party who uses the Prize will comply) with those terms and conditions. 20. Employees of Elders and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies, and suppliers involved in the Promotion, are ineligible to enter the Promotion. 21. For the purpose of clause 20, ‘Immediate Families’ includes a spouse, de factor partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the employee, or a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a spouse or de facto partner of the employee, as well as step and adopted relatives. 22.
