TRNR Social Competition Terms & Conditions ("Conditions of Entry")

 

    The Promoter is: DECATHLON (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD (ABN 64 608 596 069) of registered office address: 634 - 726 Princes Hwy, Tempe NSW 2044, hereinafter (“Promoter”).
    By registering for the Promotion, all entrants confirm their agreement to, and acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
    Entry to this competition is open to entrants within Australia only and entrants who are over the age of 18.
    There are 3 prize packs to win, with a total value of over $500 each. These prize packs include 1 x X71 resistance System, 1 x Power Straps, 1 x Dual Sphere and 1 x massage stick with RRP $500.
    Entrants to this competition eligibility as follows:
    Entry opens 08.09.23 and closes 11.59pm 22.09.23. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
    Entrants must tag a friend in the comments on the TRNR post on @DecathlonAU instagram. Entrants must be following both @DecathlonAU and @trnr_official Instagrams at the time of the draw to be eligible.
    Winners will be drawn EOD 25.09.23 and notified that day. Winners will be chosen at random.
    There will be 3 winners for the prize packs, winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message, if you don't reply within 48 hours to this message the prize will go to the next winner in line.
    The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate or misspelt emails. Should the email address be illegible the entry will not be honoured.
    Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else affiliated with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
    The Promoter has the right to verify and validate each entry.
    No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered, no refunds are possible on these prizes.
    The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail or other communications, including failure to receive votes or other communications by entrants.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the competition. If for any reason the Promoter determines in good faith and its sole discretion that this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any event beyond the control of the Promoter, which might corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the competition or which may change the intended result or prevent or hinder its determination, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition. Further, the Promoter at its sole discretion may recommence this competition under the same conditions.
    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any person who is in breach, or group of persons who are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the competition.
    The information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may use any personal information that entrants provide including any photographs relating to the competition when entering the competition for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the competition. The Promoter may disclose such information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors for those purposes only.     In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW) and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
