TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The competition commences at 6pm (AEST) on 11/09/23 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 18/09/2023 (Competition Period). Winner will be decided on 19/09/2023 at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks St, Redfern NSW.
2. Entries open to NSW, VIC, QLD, WA and TAS residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of Appliances Online are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
3. Information on the offer and how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter. The competition is open to new subscribers of the Appliances Online “Exclusive email-only offer list” only. Existing subscribers or subscribers who have canceled their subscription in the last 6 months will not be eligible.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the publication of their name on the Appliances Online Website and in the email newsletter, should they be declared the winner.
7. Appliances Online is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Appliances Online is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
8. The Competition is a game of chance and skill has no effect on the overall result.
9. There is 1 (one) winner, which may be subject to change. Appliances Online’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize winner will be notified by Appliances Online by 20/09/2023 via an email from an Appliances Online representative. It is the Entrants’ responsibility to provide correct details to confirm acceptance of each Prize. If the winner does not contact Appliances Online by email or phone within two (2) days of being notified they are a prizewinner, they will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be selected and notified.
11. Appliances Online reserves the right to select additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry is the original winner.
12. The prizes will consist of one Bosch 60cm Series 8 Pyrolytic Built-In Oven HBG675BB2A (RRP $2499), Bosch Series 6 60cm Freestanding Dishwasher SMS6HAI01A (RRP $1599), Bosch 60cm Serie 6 Induction Cooktop PVS675FB5E (RRP $2099), Bosch 60cm Serie 2 Canopy Rangehood DWP66BC50A (RRP $849) (Prize). Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. If the Prize is not claimed by 22/09/2023, another winner will be decided at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW.
14. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from Appliances Online relating to the Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the Prize.
15. The winner acknowledges that delivery of the prize may be impacted by possible delays depending on the location of the winner’s nominated delivery address.
16. All decisions of Appliances Online are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
17. Appliances Online reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrant and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Appliances Online to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. Appliances Online reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend or suspend the Competition or Competition Terms subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
19. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any provision of relevant legislation including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Appliances Online (including its Related Bodies Corporate, their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Appliance Online’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered,damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Appliances Online; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) acceptance or use of a Prize.
20. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Appliances Online. Appliances Online collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition and opting in at the point of product registration, each entrant agrees that Appliances Online may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that Appliances Online may publish or
cause to be published the winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant legislation.
21. All entries must be submitted in accordance with all relevant laws, including that the entrant warrants that they own copyright in the entry, or have relevant consents or licences to use the copyright material from the rightful owner.
