    Eligibility: Win a $10K Diamond Ring with Charles Rose (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://gleam.io/qwcGT/win-a-10k-diamond-ring-with-charles-rose and are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is open Australia-wide, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Charles Rose (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
    Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
    Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at on 1st September, 2023 at 12:01AM AEST and ends at on 30th September, 2023 at 11:59PM AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
    How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/qwcGT/win-a-10k-diamond-ring-with-charles-rose and pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
    Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:
        1 winner(s) will receive a custom piece of jewellery valued at $10,000, redeemable for 12 months from the date of the draw.
        100 winner(s) will receive a $250 voucher to be used in-store at Charles Rose Jewellers, valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw.
    Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    Usage of the $250 vouchers:
        The $250 vouchers received by entrants can only be used at Charles Rose Jewellers in-store.

        The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or coupon, or applied to previous purchases or used as partial payment towards outstanding balances.

        Each voucher can only be used once per customer.

        The voucher value cannot be split across multiple purchases.

        The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.

        The voucher is valid for the purchase of any item(s) available for sale at Charles Rose Jewellers within its specified validity period.

        If the value of the item(s) purchased is less than $250, the remaining value of the voucher will not be refunded or credited.

        If the value of the item(s) purchased exceeds $250, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

        The vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged.

        Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.

        The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of vouchers and may refuse redemption if any fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

        By using the $250 voucher, you agree to comply with the above terms and conditions related to its usage.

    Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.     Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
