TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By entering “7AFL Coles Finals Fan Feast”
(“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and
Conditions”). Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years of age or older, where
the Channel Seven (and affiliates) signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate friends and families of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“the
Promoter”), Coles Group Ltd (“Sponsor”), Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and
companies are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Major Prize Winner must be available to attend the Prize event at the MCG in Melbourne on
Saturday 30th September 2023. If the winner is unable to attend, they will be deemed invalid, forfeit
the Prize in its entirety and a re-draw will take place to re-allocate the Prize to a valid winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Thursday 7th September 2023 at 17:00 AEST and concludes on
Sunday 24th September 2023 at 23:00 AEST (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to, the Seven Network (“the Network”) during
AFL Matches (“the Programs”), www.7plus.com.au, and supporting promotional media throughout
the Competition Period to provide details on how to enter the Competition.
3.3 COMPETITION ENTRY: In order to enter the Competition, entrants must complete all of the following
steps during the Competition Period:
a) Head to 7plus.com.au/finalsfanfeast;
b) Vote for your favourite “Players Feast” from the three (3) featured; and
c) Complete all required fields in the Competition entry form.
3.4 For clarity, “Players Feast” refers to an AFL/AFLW players’ chosen Coles dish, which will be featured
on the promotional website for entrants to vote upon. Choice of “Players Feast” has no bearing on
whether an entrant will be eligible to win a Prize.
3.5 Entries that meet the requirements of clause 3.3 and adhere to these Terms and Conditions will be
deemed a Valid Entry (“Valid Entry”). All Valid Entries will be entered into the Major Prize Draw. If the
user completes steps 3.3 a) and 3.3 b) but does not complete step 3.3 c), their vote will be counted
however they will not be entered into the Major Prize Draw.
3.6 Entries are limited to Ten (10) Valid Entries per person per day throughout the Competition Period.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Major Prize Winner (“Winner”) randomly drawn from all entries received online,
who will receive the following Prize:

4.2 Total maximum Prize pool value for the Prize is $8,999.00 (including GST). Prize value is correct as at
the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now
and the ultimate date on which the Prize/s is awarded.
4.3 Prize/s are not transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise advised.
4.4 In accepting their Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media
editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winners
grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all
media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 The Winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any
media or other organisation.
4.6 It is a condition of accepting a Prize that the Winner and their companion must comply with all the
conditions of use of the Prize and the Promoter’s and Sponsor’s requirements.
4.7 In the event that an element of a Prize outlined in the above is not available for any reason, the
Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to
state regulations.
4.8 The Winner may be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter and/or Ansible Pty Ltd.
4.9 If there as a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity of an entrant.
4.10 Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4.11 The Promoter may require the Winner to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

4.12 The Promoter may vary these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, subject to state government
legislation.
4.13 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including
an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms
and Conditions, tampered with the entry process including but not limited engaging in any unlawful
or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
4.14 The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an
entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that
entrant invalid.
5. MAJOR PRIZE CONDITIONS
5.1 Unless otherwise specified within these Terms and Conditions, the Winner and travelling companion
are responsible for any expenses that are not expressly detailed in clause 4.1.
5.2 The Prize does not include any travel to and from airport or AFL Grand Final.
5.3 Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered
dependent on availability.
5.4 Accommodation and airfares will only be awarded if the Winner resides outside of Melbourne. If the
Winner resides in Melbourne, they will forfeit the accommodation and airfares components of the
Prize. Accommodation and airfares must not exceed $5,000.00. If cost of both falls short of the $5,000
Winner will not receive the remaining amount.
5.6 Once confirmed in writing, accommodation and flights are not changeable without incurring extra
fees at the Winner’s expense. The Promoter, Sponsor and Ansible Pty Ltd do not accept responsibility
for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these costs will be borne by the Winner.
5.7 The Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses including but not
limited to meals (unless specified), incidentals, travel insurance, spending money, activities (unless
specified), taxes (including departure tax) and all transfers other than those specified.
5.8 The Winner may be required to provide a credit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security
deposit, and to cover any incidental charges.
5.9 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner and their travelling companion must comply
with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize supplier’s requirements.
5.10 Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and are non-transferable
and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. Any alterations to confirmed flight and/ or
accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner.
5.11 Flights will be taken on airline/s determined at Promoter’s discretion.
5.12 The Winner will choose which capital city airport flights depart from and return to, based on their
residential location.
5.13 The Winner and their travelling companion must travel on the same flights as each other.
5.14 Air Tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal
embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their
current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline on the travel Prize and
the Winner and their travelling companion cannot upgrade any travel Prize using Frequent Flyer
points. Once airfares are booked and confirmed the Winner cannot make changes.
5.16 The Promoter, Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies and any organisation or
individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the safety
conditions or other issues that may exist at any venue or accommodation associated with the Prize .
5.17 The Prize cannot be split across different time periods and must be completed on dates stipulated. All
elements of the package are subject to availability at the time of booking.

6. HOW TO WIN
6.1 This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining Winners.
6.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during
the Competition Period (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Major Prize Draw. Entries that
do not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid.
6.3 The Major Prize Draw will draw one (1) Winner from all Valid Entries received during the Competition
Period on Monday 25 th September at 10:00 AEST at Ansible Pty Ltd, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills,
NSW 2010.
6.4 The Winner will be notified via e-mail and phone call from Ansible Pty Ltd on behalf of the Promoter
on the day of the Prize draw. The Winner’s name will be published on the 7Plus website from Tuesday
26th September 2023.
6.5 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the
result.
6.6 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a Winner being
notified or a Winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the Winner did not enter the
Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In these circumstances, the Promoter
will conduct a redraw to allocate the Prize to a valid Winner.
6.7 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a
form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
6.8 Once the Prize is accepted, Winner must deal directly with the Promoter to organise Prize fulfillment.
6.9 As the Prize is event based, the winner must accept their Prize by Wednesday, 26 th September 2023 at
12:00 AEST. In the event of an unclaimed Prize, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will take place Ansible Pty
Ltd, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 on Wednesday 26th September 2023 at 14:00 AEST.
The Winner, if any, will be notified via e-mail and phone call same day as the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
The Unclaimed Prize Winner’s details will be published on the 7Plus website from Friday 28th
September 2023.
7. NO LIABILITY
7.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner
described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures,
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, COVID 19,
pandemic, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it
from the start on the same Terms and Conditions, subject to state government legislation or any
direction from any regulatory authority.
7.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Coles Group Ltd, Ansible Pty Ltd and their associated agencies
and companies will take no responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or
misdirected mail.
7.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Coles Group Ltd, Ansible Pty Ltd and their associated agencies
and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited
to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of a Prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
entrants or any other person; or
e) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines
or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this Competition.

7.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Coles Group Ltd, Ansible Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and
companies assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access
to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to
state government legislation.
7.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but
not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes
beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion
to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be
available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government
legislation.
8. PROMOTER DETAILS
8.1 The Promoter is Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) of Media City – 8 Central
Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia.
8.2 The Sponsor is Coles Group Ltd (ACN: 004 089 936) of 800 Toorak Road, Hawthorn East VIC 3123.
8.3 You agree that the Sponsor will receive personal information of the Entrant by ticking the opt in
checkbox on the entry form. The Sponsor will handle the personal information of the entrants (e.g.
first name, last name, address, phone number, email address) in accordance with their privacy policy,
which can be accessed at https://www.coles.com.au/important-information/privacy-polic... By ticking
the opt in checkbox, you agree to the Sponsor contacting you from time to time with marketing
communications.
8.4 The Privacy Policy of the Sponsor may be updated from time to time, and it will be the responsibility
of the Entrant to keep up to date with any changes to the Privacy Policy. The Entrant may at any time,
opt out of receiving contact from the Sponsor by submitting an enquiry on the Contact Us page on the
website of the Sponsor https://www.colesgroup.com.au/contact-us/?page=contact-us.
8.4 All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(ABN 65 052 845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting your personal information for the
purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, including for the purpose of identifying and
notifying the Winner and understanding our audiences. Seven will otherwise handle your personal
information in accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website at
http://www.sevenwestmedia.com.au/privacy-policies (and which contains information regarding how
you can access your personal information, correct it and/ or make a complaint about our handling of
your personal information). By providing your personal information below, you agree to the terms of
the Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, Seven may disclose the entrant’s personal
information to its related entities, business partners and external service providers for research and
profiling purposes as well as other purposes reasonably related to the entrant’s relationship with
Seven. In addition, by entering this competition you consent to Seven using your personal
information for the purpose of Seven and its related entities sending you information regarding
programs, products and services available through them and/ or through their business partners. We
will always provide you with the ability to opt out of those communications.
