Participation in the Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions and includes all information we provide on how to enter and prizes available. By submitting an entry into the Competition, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only entries that comply with these terms and conditions will be considered valid and eligible to win.

COMPETITION PERIOD
3. The competition commences at 9.00am AEDT on 13th October 2023 and ends at 5pm AEDT on 10th November 2023 (Competition Period).
WHO CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION
4. Customers are eligible to enter the Competition if they are: 4.1 ordinarily resident in Australia ; and
4.2 aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants): or
4.3 not an Ineligible Person
INELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
• Ineligible Person means any director, manager, employee of the Promoter, or any immediate family member of any of those persons.
• Ineligible any participating business owner, employee of that business and next of kin for the business are exempt from entering the competition from sales of their own business (only).
HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a. To enter, individuals during the Promotional Period must sign up to the Tweed Tourism Co. eNews through the competition entry form on the campaign landing page
6. Multiple entries are not permitted.
 7. All valid entries will be included in the draw.
8. The draw will take place at 10am AEDT on 15 November 2023 at 81 Marine Parade Kingscliff NSW 2487
(Prize Draw Date).
9. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize (Winner). The winner will be contacted by both phone (voicemail to be left) and email and will have five business days to claim their prize. If after this time the prize is unclaimed, a second entry will be drawn and the process repeated until a winner is successfully contacted.
10. The Prize will be announced and distributed in accordance with clause 22 below. Winning is not contingent on being present at the draw.
11. The Prize Draw will be scrutinised by an independent person.
PRIZE
The Prize is made up of the following:
1. RETURN FLIGHT FOR 2 WITH BONZA
Return flights for 2 from your nearest direct to Gold Coast Airport Bonza departure point including: Albury, Bundaberg, Cairns, Darwin, Gladstone, Launceston, Mackay, Melbourne (Avalon), Melbourne (Tullamarine), Mildura, Mount Isa, Rockhampton, Townsville and Whitsundays Coast Airports.
Bonza flight booking conditions:
o Please familiarise yourself with Bonza's Conditions of Carriage and Privacy Policy, as they apply to all flight reservations.
o Return flights for 2 x adults, travelling together to Gold Coast Airport from your nearest Bonza serviced airport.
o Including one 15kg bag per passenger, and your choice of ‘Bonza pick’ seat. o Booking must be made a minimum of 30 days before departure.
o Flights must be booked by November 15, 2024.
o The lead passenger must be the original recipient of the giveaway.
o The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
o Bonza can not guarantee flight times. We recommend travel insurance is used when purchasing
ancillary products.

2. 2-NIGHT STAY WITH AVION RETREAT
A luxury two-night stay at Avion Retreat in a king Glasshouse. Your stay includes a Sunset Platter on arrival and a daily continental breakfast. Accommodation for two adults. Avion Retreat is an adult only retreat. The winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash. 3. A DAY OUT AT HUSK FARM DISTILLERY
A day out at Husk Farm Distillery for you and a friend valued at $350. Your prize includes a welcome cocktail for you and your guest, a double pass to one of their 5-star Daily Distillery Tours, 3 course set menu for two, and two sample packs of 3 of 50ml products to take home. Prize is only valid to guests over the age of 18 years. Prize can only be redeemed Wednesday-Sunday’s. 5. EXPLORE THE NORTHERN RIVERS RAIL TRAIL WITH HIREHOOD
Up to $300 value to be used within the Hirehood Platform to book your E-Bike Northern Rivers Rail Trail experience. Winners will have the option to choose their experience from a range of local bike hire companies that are listed on www.hirehood.com.au. 6. 3 DAY CAR HIRE WITH SIXT CAR RENTALS
-Three day vehicle rental up to the value of $500 subject to vehicle availability at selected locations. This covers the cost of the daily rate or the vehicle hire, any premium location surcharge, any vehicle registration recovery fee, any administration fee and any young driver fee. However, other additional fees and charges may apply in accordance with the Rental Agreement aren’t covered including without limitation charges for fuel, charges for the hire of options such as GPS or baby seat, one way fee, charges for tolls and infringements including administration fees and charges in relation to damage.
- The prize is valid for 12 months and needs to be redeemed by November 2024
- Block-out periods include public holiday weekends and school holidays.

7. TAKE HOME A TWEED REGIONAL GALLERY & MARGARET OLLEY ART CENTRE GIFT PACK Tweed Regional Gallery & Margaret Olley Art Centre gift pack valued at $70. Must be collected in-person from Gallery reception before 15 November 2024. The gallery is open 10am - 5pm, Wed - Sun.

The Prize does not include transfers to and from the locations and does not include travel insurance, this is the responsibility of the winner (Prize). All expenses other than those expressly referred to in this clause will be at the winner's and their companions cost. The Promoter will not be liable for the failure of the winner to meet travel schedules or cancellations and no cash or other prize will be awarded if the winner or the companion cancels for any reason. The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash (Prize).
12. All taxes (excluding GST), which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the Winner(s) accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that use of, or participation in, the Prize carries inherent risk. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that use of the Prize may be dangerous and if they (and any other person(s) sharing the Prize with the winner) choose to participate in the Prize they do so at their own risk. Use of the Prize may be subject to obtaining medical clearance. The Promoter or Prize supplier may require the winner to sign an agreement releasing the Promoter and/or Prize supplier from all liability arising from the winner's use of the Prize.
15. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Avion Retreat, Bonza Airlines, SIXT Car Rentals, Husk Farm Distillery and Hirehood.
16. Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prize supplied by the prize supplier, or the conduct of the prize supplier.
PRIZE DELIVERY
17. Prizes will be delivered, paid or transferred to the winner within 30 days of accepting the prize.
PRIZE SUBSTITUTION
18. In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value subject to any contrary direction from a regulatory authority.
