Elemental Fashion: WIN A $1,000 Summer Wardrobe Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is organised by Cockburn Gateway Shopping City of 816 Beeliar Drive, Success,
Western Australia 6164.
2. Information on how to take part and prize allocation form part of these terms and conditions.
3. The Elemental Fashion: Win A $1,000 Summer Wardrobe Competition commences at 9:00am on
Wednesday October 11th 2023, and concludes at 5:00pm on Monday October 30th 2023.
4. Participation is open to individuals residing in Western Australia over the age of 16 or under the
supervision and with consent of an adult.
5. Winners will be notified via phone or email during the campaign dates.
6. Prior to entering the competition, it is assumed that all entrants have read and understood these
terms and conditions.
7. Entrants must make a minimum $75 purchase at participating specialty apparel stores within
Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, upload their receipts and complete all fields at
http://www.cockburngateway.com.au/whats-on/elemental-fashion to enter.
Specialty apparel stores include: Ally Fashion, Best & Less, Betts, Bonds, Bras N Things, City Beach,
City Chic, Connor, Cotton On, Decjuba, Elm, Forever New, Frankii, Ghanda Clothing, Honey Birdette,
JD Sports, Jeanswest, Jim Kidd Sports, Kathmandu, Lorna Jane, Midas, Nike, Noni B, Novo Shoes,
Ollie's Place, Ozmosis, Peter Alexander, Platypus Shoes, Rockmans, Rockwear, Sketchers, Spendless

8. Entrants can use multiple receipts equating to $75 as one (1) entry, providing all receipts are from
the same purchase date. Multiple entries are allowed throughout the competition period, providing
that the same receipts are not entered more than once.
9. Entries will stay in the draw pool for the duration of the competition. One (1) completed form will
count as one (1) entry, regardless of receipt value.
Date and Place of Draw
10. The winning draw will take place on Tuesday October 31st 2023, at Cockburn Gateway Shopping City
of 816 Beeliar Drive, Success, Western Australia 6164. Winners will be notified via email or text from
a Jones Lang Laselle (JLL) employee.
11. For the purpose of the prize draw all valid entries will be entered into a computerised data base. The
winner(s) of this competition will be determined by random selection from that data base using a
computerised selection tool or random number generator.
12. If an entry is incomplete, then the entry will be rejected as invalid and a redraw will take place. If the
details on the entry form do not include a first name, last name and a valid email address or mobile
phone number and clear photo/s of receipts, it will be considered incomplete. Proof of purchase can
be requested to verify the entry.
13. If the promoter is unable to establish contact within 7 days of the draw/the winner’s name being
announced, then the winner forfeits their prize and a redraw will take place.
14. The prize pool consists of 1 x $1,000 prize. One winner will receive $1,000 worth of Cockburn
Gateway Shopping City gift cards. Gift cards are valid for up to three (3) years. Gift cards can only be
taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or modified, transferred to another person. Total prize
pool is valued at $1,000 Cockburn Gateway gift cards.
15. The prize must be collected in person from Information Desk (located opposite Best & Less) at
Cockburn Gateway Shopping City of 816 Beeliar Drive, Success, Western Australia 6164 upon
presentation of valid photo ID during Information Desk operating hours.
16. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City holds the right to re-schedule the competition if due to unforeseen
circumstances such as but not limited to government restrictions.
17. Cockburn Gateway, JLL and Perron Investments accept no responsibility for any loss or damage
resulting from the award, non-award or use of the prize, or from any variation in the value of the
prize.
18. The winning individual must adhere to these terms and conditions.
19. Employees of JLL, Perron Investments, retailers and contractors from Cockburn Gateway and their
immediate families as well as the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible for entry.
20. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
21. Eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of entry and any decisions made by Centre
Management will be final. No other correspondence will be entered into.
22. Cockburn Gateway, JLL and Perron Investments shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
23. All entries become the property of Cockburn Gateway Shopping City. Cockburn Gateway Shopping
City may use the name, address and other personal information provided by the entrant. Details will
not be provided to a third party.
24. The Centre Manager’s (or a representative) decision will be final, and no discussions or
correspondence will be entered into.
