Healthy Kids members, it your turn to get in on the prize giveaway action! To encourage participation and an active lifestyle during the month of October, we’re giving our youngest members the chance to win a range of amazing prizes. Simply visit the centre 6 times during the month of October to go into the draw. This can include your regular classes or a casual swim. To take part in our Healthy Kids Member Challenge, collect a Challenge Passport from Customer Service and get it stamped each time you visit the Centre. Once you have completed 6 visits, fill out child and parent/guardian details on the back of the Challenge Passport and pop it into the box at Customer Service. Prize winners will be drawn on 1 November 2023. Winners will be notified by phone and email. Good luck! The Healthy Kids Member Challenge commences at 8am on Sunday 1st October 2023 and ends at 9pm on Tuesday 31st October 2023. Offer available to all BALC Healthy Kids members enrolled in swimming and/or gymnastics lessons. Offer not available to children of City of Ballarat employees. Members must obtain 6 stamps on their passport before placing in the draw. Members must write their name, phone number and email address on back of passport before placing in the draw. Members can obtain an additional passport once a previous passport has been completed. Members must scan their membership card at reception or turnstile on entry to BALC to receive a passport stamp. A visit refers to a single visit to BALC where the member visits the Centre for their own purpose. The purpose of the visit must be to attend a swimming or gymnastics lesson or use pool facilities A maximum of one stamp will be issued per day. A member who visits the centre multiple times in one day will not be issued a second stamp. Members who misplace their passport will be issued another passport however, stamps previously issued will not be re-issued. Members who forget to bring their passport in will not be able have a stamp back dated. The winners will be drawn on Wednesday 1st November 2023 at the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre. Winners will be eligible for one prize only. A member whose name has been previously drawn will not be eligible for further prizes if their name is drawn out multiple times. |
