Terms & Conditions:

1. The promoter of this competition is Lost Oz Pty Ltd ABN: 51 164 584 721
2. This competition is open to all Surfboard Empire, Better Beer, Tracks Mag, Tracks Shacks, FCS, and YETI customers who have entered the relevant and necessary details requested on the entry form.
3. This competition is open to Australian customers only.
4. Lic no ACT Permit TP 23/02158
5. Employees of Surfboard Empire, Better Beer, Tracks Mag, Tracks Shacks, FCS, and YETI, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to  participate in the Promotion.
6. This competition will commence at 09:00 AEST 23 rd October 2023 and all entries must be received by 21:00 AEST on 27th November, 2023. 3rd Rail Distribution, which includes Surfboard Empire, as well as Better Beer, Tracks Mag, Tracks Shacks, FCS, and YETI, and accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.

8. To enter, entrants must agree to provide Surfboard Empire, Better Beer, Tracks Mag, Tracks Shacks, FCS, and YETI, with their full name, email address, postcode, phone number and date of birth. Entrants must also agree that they have read the terms and conditions and also agree to join the 3rd Rail Distribution (including Surfboard Empire, Pyzel Surfboards Australia, Lost Surfboards Australia, Florence, Mark Richards Surfboards, YOW Surfskates, VEIA), Better Beer, Tracks Mag, Tracks Shacks, FCS, and YETI databases.
9. This is a game of chance with a random draw, and no skill is required to enter.
10. There is one winner only.
11. The prize for the Major Prize winner is valued at AUD $3,563.79AUD.
12. The total prize pool is valued at $3,563.79AUD. This includes 3 x sets of FCS fins ($464.85), Better Beer Voucher ($250), Yeti Tundra 45L Cooler ($449.95), 2 nights stay in Quicksilver Apartments Byron Bay at Tracks Shacks property ($1,000), 12 month subscription to Tracks Magazine ($99.99), Free Ride Shirt ($50), Free Ride signed poster ($150) and a Mark Richards 1980 Retro Surfboard ($1,099). For the Tracks Shacks Accomodation, guests can book between the 13th May - 21st June 2024 or from the 22nd July - 1st September 2024. (splendour in the grass weekend is unavailable).
13. The competition will be drawn 28 th November 2023 at the 3rd Rail Distribution Headquarters. 22/55 Ourimbah Road, Tweed Heads, NSW 2485 at 1:00pm.
14. The winner will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address (@surfboardempire.com.au) on the 28th November, 2023. The Major Prize Winner must claim their prizes within 30 days of the Promoter sending the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules via a draw held 28 th December 2023 at 1:00pm at the above mentioned 3 rd Rail Distribution office.
15. The winner will be announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) after the draw on 28 th November 2023 at 1pm.
16. If the winner does not claim the prize in accordance with the details in point 14 above, the new winner will be announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) after the redraw on 28 th December 2023 at 1pm.
17. The winner of the unclaimed prize pool will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address (@surfboardempire.com.au) on the 28th December, 2023.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final.
19. The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
20. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
21. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
