Information on how to enter and prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions (terms). By participating, you
agree to be bound by these terms. Entries must comply with these terms to be valid.

Participating
Store
A participating store is any store nationally that displays advertising material for this promotion
(each a “Participating Store”). For the avoidance of doubt, online purchases from a Participating
Store are also eligible.
Promotional
Period
The Promotion commences on 15/10/2023 and closes for entries at 11:59pm AEDT on
31/12/2023 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligible
Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who can travel to Melbourne, VIC for
the Australian Open events on 27/01/2024 until 28/01/2024. Employees (and their immediate
families) of the Promoter, its related entities, Participating Stores, any prize drawers and any
agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of
the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,
brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry 1. To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) spend $20 or more in a single transaction on any Aperol Spritz product/s from a
Participating Store during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Transaction);
(b) Scan the QR code on POS material or visit the Promotion Website and follow the
prompts to the entry page;
(c) input the requested details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile
number, full address, and state/territory of residence);
(d) upload a copy of their purchase receipt for their Qualifying Transaction;
(e) agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then
(f) submit the full completed entry form.
2. Entrants must retain the original receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase
and produce this within seven (7) days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in
the sole discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of
any right to a prize.
3. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property
rights;
(c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or
(d) do not otherwise comply with these terms,

will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
4. Only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction, regardless of the amount spent on
Aperol Spritz product/s in excess of $20. Each entry must be submitted separately. A
maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is permitted.
Draw 5. There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each week of the Promotional
Period for a total of eleven (11) draws (“Weekly Draws”) and one (1) draw conducted for all
entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). Entries close for each Weekly
Draw on the dates and times specified in the table below. All Weekly Draws will take place at
G13, 3 Amy Close, North Wyong NSW 2259 on the dates and times specified in the table
below. Entries in each Weekly Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws
but will be entered into the Major Draw. The Major Draw will take place at the same place
and time as the Weekly Draws on 08/01/2024. An independent scrutineer will observe the
Major Draw process. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in
order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

7. The first valid entry randomly drawn from the Major Draw will win the major prize (Major
Prize Winner), as set out below.
8. The first valid entry drawn from each Weekly Draw will win a minor prize (each a Minor Prize
Winner), as set out below.
9. The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of
entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual
who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the
entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted
at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage
does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages
or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion,
determine the identity of the entrant.

Prize(s) 11. The Major Prize Winner will win a trip for two (2) people to Melbourne, VIC valued up to
AU$22,193.00 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
• 2 x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to
Melbourne, VIC (only included if winner resides outside of VIC, in which
case the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the
prize will be forfeited and not redeemable for cash);
• 4 x nights twin share 4 star accommodation in Crown Towers Melbourne
(or similar) with breakfast included;
• All airline and airport taxes;
• Return private transfers from airport to accommodation;
• 2 x Lower Baseline tickets for the Australian Open Men’s Final on
28/01/2024;
• 2 x Reserved seating at the branded Aperol Spritz hospitality venue at the
Australian Open, including food & beverage; and
• Spending money $2,000.
Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance,
vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room
charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken to coincide with the
Australian Open Men’s Finals 2024 event and is subject to booking and flight availability. The
winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel
together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The winner may be required to
present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. Winner will be responsible for all
visas, vaccinations and other documentation required for travel. Itinerary to be determined by the
Promoter in its absolute discretion. Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of individual prize
and service providers. All Australian Open tickets are issued subject to the Australian Open
Ticket Conditions of Sale and Entry 2024 (which can be found online at
https://ausopen.com/conditions-of-sale-entry) and are subject to the event venue terms and
conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby
expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate
behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
12. The Minor Prize Winners will each receive one (1) AU$500 Digital Mastercard.
13. Total prize pool value is up to AU$27,693.00.
14. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence
of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Any unused balance of the
Digital Mastercard will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Digital Mastercard is
subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Digital
Mastercard.
15. If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute a Prize (or a
component of a Prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, a Prize is not transferable or
exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
16. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if
caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a Prize, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
17. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not
take/redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
Notification of
Winners
18. The Winners will be notified in writing and by telephone within two (2) days of the Draw. Their
names will also be published on the Promotion Website on the dates specified above.
19. If a Prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will re-draw another winner for the
unclaimed Prize on 17/01/2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, by way of a
random draw (Re-draw).
20. The winner of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing and by telephone within two (2) days of
the Re-draw. Their name will also be published on the Promotion Website on 18/01/2024.
21. The Prizes will be delivered free of charge to the Winners (or Re-draw winners) at the
address nominated on their entry form.

Privacy 22. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants’ personal information to conduct and
manage the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at
https://www.aperol.com/en-au/privacy-policy/ The Promoter may also use entrants’ personal
information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of
the Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, any
entrant. Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking on the
unsubscribe link contained in the message.
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event
they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of
the Promoter’s products.
24. Entrants (and/or their companion) consent to Tennis Australia Limited using their personal
information and photographing/recording their image while they are participating in the any
activity or event run or organised by Tennis Australia which constitutes part of the Prize.
Entrants (and/or their companion) agree that any such photographs, electronic images,
sound recording or video footage may be used by Tennis Australia in resources and reports,
or promotional, advertising or marketing materials, without any further notice or payment to
the entrant (and/or their companion).
Miscellaneous 25. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal
drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National
Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au).
26. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic, or any
other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the
Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or
suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant
regulatory authority.
27. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter
including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the
extent permitted by law:
(a) disqualify any entrant; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate
or cancel the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.
28. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable
guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for
any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the
Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
Promotion.
29. Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be
excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be
responsible and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or
damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential,
arising in any way out of:
(a) the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;
(b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable
control;
(c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(d) any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries or prize claim due to any reason beyond the
Promoter’s reasonable control;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant;
(f) if the Australian Open event/s is/are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason
beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(g) any variation in prize value to that state in these Terms and Conditions; and/or

(h) any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize during delivery,
except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
Disputes 30. All feedback in respect of the Promotion should be submitted to the Promoter’s feedback
address at: info.australia@campari.com In the case of any dispute, the Promoter will make a
determination, acting reasonably and taking into account any feedback provided. The
Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
