TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Information on how to enter the Boost Your Boxing Day forms part of these terms and conditions.



2. The “Promoter” is DFO Jindalee, 51 882 656 946 of 16 Amazons Place, Jindalee, Qld., 4074.



3. This promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.



4. The promotional period is from Sunday 26th November, 2023 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)



and Sunday 17th December, 2023 5.00pm AEST.



5. To enter, participants must enter via https://dfojindalee.com.au/win/



6. The following are ineligible to enter: (i) employees of the Promoter, Willcom Property, tenants or retailers from



DFO Jindalee or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the promotion; (ii) the spouse,



defacto, parent, child or sibling of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously



notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.



7. Participants can enter once and may be rewarded additional entries via email subscribe actions and viral



share actions.



8. There will be 4 winners each winning a total value of $200 in gift vouchers.



9. The prize includes 4x$200 vouchers from a DFO Jindalee retailers.



10. The suggested total prize value for the 4 winners is $800 and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any



variation in item values. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If the specified prize



becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute a prize of similar nature and/or like or



greater value.



11. The winning entry will be selected by a DFO Jindalee representative Wednesday 20th December, 2023.



12. This is a game of chance.



13. The winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger.



14. The winners will be published on the DFO Jindalee Facebook and Instagram pages.



15. The winner can collect their prize from DFO Jindalee, Centre Management office from Thursday 21st December,



2023 at 10am. AEST.



16. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.



17. The winner must present valid photo identification to claim their prize, e.g. Drivers Licence, 18+ card.



18. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, corruption, deletion, defect,



delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to,



or alteration of, entries.



19. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due



to COVID-19 disruption, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures



or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the



administration security, fairness or integrity or property conduct of this competition,



the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or



suspend the competition.
