How it works:

1.Sign up by filling out the form below.

2. Visit our new store during the below game times to choose a mystery box of boots.

3.Try the boots on in the presence of our Master Boot Fitter.

4.If the Master Boot Fitter deems the boots a good fit... they’re yours to keep!

If the boot fits – 1 December 2023

• The "If the Boot Fits" competition ("Competition") is organized by R.M. Williams Pty Ltd ("Company") and will take place exclusively at our new store located at 345 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on Friday 1 December 2023 from 8am to 12pm AEST or such other times as advised by the Company.

• The Competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the Company, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) are not eligible to participate in the Competition. 

• The Competition is not available online or at any other Company location.

• The Competition is a game of chance. Participants may select one boot box at random from the designated competition assortment.

• After selecting a boot box, the participant must try on the boots in the presence of the Company's Master Boot Fitter ("Fitter"). 

• The Fitter will determine whether the boots are a good fit for the participant. If the Fitter deems the boots a good fit, the participant will be allowed to keep the boots as a prize. If the Fitter does not deem the boots a good fit, the participant will not receive a prize.

• The Fitter's judgement is final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entered into between the parties. 

• Participants may only enter the Competition once and may only select one boot box.

• The prize, being the boots, subject to consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. Individual prize value may vary from $649 to $4999. The total prize value is $9999 or less.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company or its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising out of or in connection with the Competition. The maximum liability of the Company for any claim connected to the Competition will not exceed the retail value of the prize in question.

• By participating in the Competition, participants agree that the Company may collect and use their personal information (including but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, email address) for the purpose of administering the Competition. • By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Competition or its subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
