Who can enter? Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.
Who can't enter? Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter; and
(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this
competition.

01/08/2023 to 31/07/2024.
Venue The competition will run in a liquor licensed venue where advertising is displayed in South
Australia.
Advertised
Competition
Period
The Venue will run the competition between the dates nominated and advertised by the
Venue.
Qualifying
Purchase
A glass of South Coast Pale Ale.
Entry
instructions
To enter, you must, during the Venue's Advertised Competition Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from the Venue;
(b) receive an entry form from that Venue (subject to stocks remaining); and
(c) fully complete the entry form and put it in the entry box at that Venue.
How many
winners will
there be and
how will they be
chosen?
There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this competition in the Venue.
A draw will be held at the Venue on the date advertised by the Venue (no later than
02/08/2024).
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Advertised
Competition Period in the Venue will win the prize.
The Promoter may arrange to draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them
in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed
(Reserve Entrants).
What can I win? There is 1 prize available in the Venue.
The prize is a Pirate Life adult Merchandise Pack valued at $395, which includes:
• Burton Daypack valued at $90;
• Burton Toiletries Bag valued at $55;
• Modest x Pirate Life Snow Goggles valued at $100;
• South Coast Beanie valued at $40;
• Burton x Pirate Life Key Chain valued at $10; and
• a $100 Pirate Life e-Comm Voucher.
If you win, you must collect the prize from the Venue or make alternative delivery
arrangements.
Redemption and use of the Pirate Life e-Comm Voucher is subject to the terms and
conditions available at https://www.piratelife.com.au/terms-and-conditions/, as amended
from time to time.
Total prize pool The total prize pool in the Venue is $395.
How many times
can I enter?
You are limited to Qualifying Purchases totalling up to 4 standard drinks per day. Each
entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How and when
will the winner/s
be informed?
The winner will be notified by phone and in writing within two business days of
determination.
Unclaimed
prize/s
Prize claim date: 1 month after the Venue's draw date.
Unclaimed prize determination: At the time and date advertised by the Venue to take
place at the Venue (no later than 04/12/2024).
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after
making all reasonable attempts, the winner can't be contacted (or the winner does not
contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry will be discarded
and the Promoter will re-award the prize to a Reserve Entrant and/or carry out an
unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the
prize. Any winner will be informed by phone in writing within two business days of
determination.
Collection and
use of your

information
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional
activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the
Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or
contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the
competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related
companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition,
communicating with you/your companions or storing data. This may include disclosures to
organisations outside Australia including in places such as the Philippines, New Zealand,
the UK and the Netherlands.
By entering, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its
database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic
messaging. By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the
Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility.
The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see www.cub.com.au/privacy) includes information about:
(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you
and seek correction of the information; and
(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with
such a complaint.
