How To Be In The Draw To Win A 2024 Ducati Desert-X

All you have to do is spend $300 in-store or online at Adventure Moto or Tyres For Bikes between now and the 30th of November, 2024. Every $300 spent, in every single transaction, is counted as a single entry to win the Ducati Desert-X. If you spend $1,500, that counts as five entries.

We'll be making modifications to the bike throughout 2024 to ensure it can handle the toughest adventure riding conditions. Stay tuned to our socials!

Terms & Conditions for entry
• Entry is automatic upon a single minimum eligible purchase* of $300.00 (excluding shipping and handling
costs or charges) made in store, on line or over the phone with Moto Connection Australia Pty Limited T/A
Adventure Moto Australia or ADV Moto Pty Limited T/A Tyres 4 Bikes from the commencement and
announcement of the competition, nominally 12.01am on the 1st of December 2023, until the close of sales
midnight November 30th 2024, (AEDT).
• All entries will be issued via email only, it is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure a valid email address is
given/used. [Remember to check your spam/ junk email boxes for entries]
• A single entry*** will be issued for each eligible purchase* of $300.00, or multiples of $300.00, in a single
transaction in store or on line between the 1st of December 2023 and the end of trading on the 30th of
November 2024.
• The larger the single eligible purchase* or transaction is, in multiples of the minimum
$300.00 spent in the transaction, will entitle the purchaser to more entries. Each
$300.00 over and above the initial $300.00 eligible purchase*, will entitle the purchaser to an additional entry.
e.g. a single eligible purchase* of between $1200.00 and $1499.99 will entitle an entrant to a minimum of 4
entries.
• All entrants will receive an email confirming their entry or entries into the draw, usually within thirty days,
but not longer than 45 days, of the date of purchase transaction.
• Entry is NOT open to Dealers, ABN holders, Trade Accounts, or past/current employees of Adventure Moto/
Tyres 4 Bikes; all entrants must be personal shoppers ONLY.
• Entry is open to Australian residents over 18 years old living within Australia at the time of the
competition draw.
• Combined purchases, either online or instore, between Adventure Moto and Tyres For Bikes totaling $300.00
Do NOT qualify as a single minimum purchase.
• **All vehicle registration charges including transfer/ renewal of registration and associated stamp duty
fees are entirely the responsibility of the winner.
• **The prize will be available to be picked up only from Unit 3 I 915 Old Northern Rd, Dural, NSW 2158, or a
nominated business address, at an agreed time between parties. Or arrangement for delivery can be made
with the cost of delivery paid for by the winner.
• Any purchase returned during the competition period, under our return policy which is available on our
website, will disqualify the entry.
• Any returns of items purchased during the competition period and returned after the competition draw date
for change of mind by a customer, will allow Adventure Moto Australia or Tyres For Bikes to reserve the right
to disqualify the entrant from entering any future competition run by Adventure Moto Australia or Tyres For
Bikes.
• ***Adventure Moto reserves the right to run additional promotions during the competition period awarding
extra entries against set purchases (For example, where the customer may double their entries for an
additional minimal spend, or during a sale period, OR buy a specific product and get an additional entry or
entries into the competition). A minimum notification of seven days will be listed on our website and emailed
to our current database of such promotions.
THE DRAW
• The barrel draw will take place between 1:00pm and 2:00pm on Monday the 16th December 2024 and the
winner will be notified. No later than Thursday 19th December 2024, in-store at either Sydney or our Brisbane
retail outlet.
• There will be 1 single draw only.
• The draw will be scrutinized by an independent observer.
• The winner will be announced on our website and all social media pages associated with
adventuremoto.com.au and tyres4bikes.com.au no later than Tuesday 5.00pm the 17th December 2024.
• The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
**AII costs associated with the vehicle registration transfer, renewal and associated stamp duties will be the responsibility of the
winner. The winner is responsible for picking up or transporting the bike to his or her purchase address.
Eligible Purchases*
•Eligible purchases applies to in stock items only no entries issued on unpaid back orders
•Eligible purchases exclude shipping costs.
*Eligible purchases include Gift Certificates which are non-refundable or transferable for cash.
*Eligible purchases do not include items purchased with a Gift certificate or a Voucher, where the purchase of the Gift Certificate or
Voucher has already provided the purchaser or recipient a qualified entry.
THE DUCATI DESERT-X ADV BUILD
On completion of "The build" the prize of a current model Ducati Desert-X complete with accessories and extras will have an
estimated second hand value estimated of less than $20,000.00, with the motorcycle being approximately 12 – 24 months old
at time of draw
