Overview
The name of the Promotion is “Win a $50 book voucher from
Mostly Books”
The Promoter is The University of Adelaide (ABN: 61 249 878
937 and CRICOS Number: 00123M) in Adelaide, South
Australia, 5005, telephone: +61 8 8313 5800.
The Promotion commences on Monday 11 December 2023 and
closes at 12:00 ACDT on Monday 8 January 2024 (“Promotion
period”).
Entry is open to members of Friends of the Library who complete
and successfully complete and submit the online survey (this
excludes any staff involved in administration of the Promotions.)
Information on how to enter the Promotion and about the prize
form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions.
The University of Adelaide reserves the right to change these
Terms and Conditions. If any changes are made the University of
Adelaide will notify the public via its website.
How to Enter
Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion
period, by completing questions in the online survey and
submitting the survey.
All entrants who successfully complete the survey will go in a
draw. One winner will be selected at random as the winner of the
prize.
Only one entry per person per Promotion is permitted.
By submitting an entry into the Promotion, entrant’s consent to
receiving promotional and other marketing messages from the
Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an
unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any
time by following the instructions included in each message sent
by the Promoter.
The Promoter will handle all entrants’ personal data in
accordance with its Privacy Policy available at
www.adelaide.edu.au/legals/privacy. You may request access to,
check, seek the correction of, or withdraw your consent to use,
your personal data by notifying us in writing and addressed to:

Selection of Winners and Prize Fulfilment
The winner will be selected at mid-day Monday 8 January 2024
by University of Adelaide External Relations Division.
The winner will be notified by 5pm Monday 8 January 2024 by
telephone call and by email to the email address that was
supplied in entering the Promotion.
The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as
replacements in the event that chosen winners cannot satisfy
these Terms and Conditions or take a prize.
Prizes will only be awarded following validation and verification
of the winner and their entry. The Promoter’s decision is final and
no correspondence will be entered into. If the Promoter is unable
to contact the winner to claim fulfilment of the promotional prize
or cannot validate or verify the winning entry within seven days
of the draw, or if the winner is unable to receive any element of
the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and there
will be a new draw of a new winner.
The Promoter will not be liable for a winner who cannot be
contacted or whose entry cannot be validated or verified, and
therefore forfeits their prize, and no correspondence will be
entered into.
The winner will be notified about how to collect their prize by
email to the email address they provide as part of the survey.
Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No
responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the
prize pool.
The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs
associated with winning the Promotion or any of the Prizes.
