Simply spend $40 in specialty stores from 8-14 January for your chance to win.

Take your receipt(s) to the Entry Booth near Best & Less from 10am-2pm daily to enter.

3 x Major prizes to be won to the value of $1000 each including a backpack and vouchers
15 x Runner-up prizes to be won to the value of $500 each – including backpack and vouchers. Specialty stores excludes Woolworths, Coles and Kmart.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) Centre staff & immediate family, Centre Management and immediate family and contractors and immediate family of Victoria Point Shopping Centre are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
2) Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3) This Promotion is only open to Qld residents aged 18 years or over, unless the participant has a parent or guardian’s permission to participate in the Promotion; If a Prize recipient is under the age of 18 years, the parent or guardian who gave permission for participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be the Prize recipient for the purposes of the Promotion.
4) The promotion opens at 7am on Monday 8th January and closes Sunday 14th January 2024 at 2.00pm.
5) Strictly one entry per valid receipt/s.
6)Toenter,customersmustmakeanEligiblePurchaseatVictoriaPointShoppingCentretothevalueof$40ormoreatany specialty store and present valid receipts (two receipts can be combined to get to the total spend value) to the promotional booth located in Centre.
7) Receipt/s must be presented to the promotional staff at the promotional booth to enter the competition once the purchase has been verified. See clause ten (a), (10a) for booth operating hours.
8. A maximum of two receipts can be combined to reach the $40 (forty dollars) specialty store amount. Please note that Woolworths, Coles, and Kmart receipts will not be accepted.
9) An “Eligible Purchase” is a purchase:
a) of any goods or services from a Specialty Store to the value of $40 (forty dollars), but these must not be:
i) gift vouchers or gift cards; or
ii) paymentsforrates,gas,electricity,telephoneaccounts,vehicleregistrations,subscriptionstohealthfundsand/or ambulance subscriptions; or
iii) postage, deposits into banks, building societies or other financial institutions or payments on account of insurances and the like; or
iv) telephone, internet or mobile phone calling cards or credit vouchers;
v) A purchase of an item on lay-by or a similar scheme is deemed not to be an Eligible Purchase. Final closing payments of a layby however during the promotional period will be accepted;
vi) The purchase of any goods or services at the Centre that are not for personal consumption or use or are intended to be resold is deemed not to be an Eligible Purchase;
vii) Lotteries or Scratchie purchases;
viii) Liquor or Cigarette purchases.
b) An Eligible Purchase must be evidenced by an original official store receipt from a Specialty retailer at the Centre that is clearly marked with the date, the amount of the purchase, and the retailer’s trading name.
10) The eligible purchase must be made during the promotional period of 8th January – 14th January 2024.
a) Entry to the competition will be provided when valid receipts are presented at the promotional booth during the booth operating hours (as displayed at the booth). The operating hours are from 10.00am - 2.00pm daily from Monday 8th January and closes Sunday 14th January 2024. Prizes will be drawn Monday 15th January 2024 at 10am. Winners will be notified by phone.
11) Total of (18) eighteen prizes to be won. Three (3) three major prizes and (15) fifteen runner up prizes.
a) Major Prize – includes a back pack and Victoria Point Shopping Centre Specialty store vouchers to the value of $1000 (one thousand dollars) each.
b) Runner Prize – includes a back pack and Victoria Point Shopping Centre Specialty store vouchers to the value of $500 (five hundred dollars) each.
12) The gifts are offered by Victoria Point Shopping Centre in good faith and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13) This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only.
14) In case of a dispute or challenge, Centre Management's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15) Acceptance of gift indemnifies Victoria Point Shopping Centre, its retailers, managers, and agents of any responsibility.
