Contest Rules

Win a Trip to Santa Cruz Hardline Maydena Contest Official Rules
Eligibility:

    The contest is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older.
    Employees, immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with Pon.Bike Performance or Pon.Bike Australia are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

    Contest period starts Saturday, January 13 and closes Sunday, February 11.
    Entries received outside of the specified period will not be considered.

How to Enter:

    Purchase of one Santa Cruz complete bicycle or frame from a registered Australian Santa Cruz dealer during contest period.
    Dealer will supply entry details of name, contact phone number and email to Pon.Bike Performance Australia.

Prize:

    One (1) trip for two (2) people to Red Bull Hardline Maydena.
    Return flights from any major city in Australia to Hobart, Tas.
    One all-inclusive VIP hosted trip to Red Bull Hardline Maydena hosted by Tailored Trails Tas.

Winner Selection:

    Winner must have purchased a Santa Cruz Bicycle or Frame during the contest period.
    Winner may choose a friend of their choice to bring on the trip.
    Winner will be notified via email or phone the week of February 11.

Judging Criteria (if applicable):

    If the contest involves a judging process, clearly outline the criteria and qualifications of the judges.
    Explain how entries will be judged and what factors will be considered.

Publicity and Promotion:

    Winners trip may be promoted on Santa Cruz Bicycles social media accounts.
    Clearly state how the winner's name and likeness may be used in promotional materials.

Disqualification:

    Outline any actions or behaviors that may result in disqualification.
    This could include fraud, cheating, or violation of the rules.

Limitation of Liability:

    Pon.Bike Performance is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or any other unforeseen circumstances related to the contest, during the contest period or during the VIP trip.

General Conditions:

    Include any additional terms and conditions that are important for the smooth operation of the contest.
    Pon.Bike Performance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if necessary.
