7. Compe&&on Period Close Date &
Time CompePPon concludes Saturday 9nd March at 5.00pm AEST or
whenever the prize has been awarded.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) amend the contesPng period at its absolute discrePon
including to close the compePPon within the CompePPon
Period;
(ii) terminate the compePPon subject to any direcPon from a
regulatory authority.

8. Entry Restric&ons
a) Entrants must be 21 years of age or over at the Pme of entry.
b) Entrants may enter more than once, however only one prize
can be won per person per compePPon.
c) PromoPons are not open to any person, including Australian
residents, entering the compePPon from outside of Australia.
d) Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the
Promoter in order to be successful. Entrants unable to be
contacted in accordance with these terms for any reason will
forfeit their prize / opportunity.
e) Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent
informaPon are ineligible in the promoPon and all entries of
an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided
incorrect or misleading informaPon may, at the discrePon of
the Promoter be deemed invalid.
f) Entrants may be required to sign a legal indemnity form prior
to accepPng any prizes.
g) Entrants must be a resident in NSW
h) Entrants must be willing for their photos, videos or other
material submiFed as part of their entry to be published,
including later publicaPon by the Promoter for the purposes
i) If the Entrant is unable or unavailable to parPcipate in the
challenge on the date and Pme specified by the Promoter,
they will forfeit their entry.
j) Entrants must be residents of NSW
k) Entrants must be able to travel to the ‘Cruise Control Party’
and aFend the Kangaroo Valley Friendly Inn. Entrants
unavailable to travel and aFend will forfeit their entry.
l) Entrants must hold a current valid passport with at least 6
months validity from the travel dates, including the proposed
return date to Australia, and they must meet any entry
requirements for their chosen desPnaPon.
m) Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the StaPon or
nominated travel agent as specified by the Promoter.
n) A person that is put to air, or determined as an on air prize
winner cannot pass the telephone call on to anyone else, and
should this occur, any person that is on air or has been passed
the phone in this capacity will not be eligible for a prize, at the
discrePon of the Promoter.
o) If for any technical reason, the phone line drops out, or they
are inaudible or they are or they are unreachable for any
reason (including without limitaPon any technical or operator
error), the entrant will not be awarded with a prize.

9. How to enter
Online registra&on for on-air ac&vity:
During the CompePPon Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via: StaPon on-air commercials,
announcer solicits, promoPonal trailers or via social media to
visit the StaPon Website(s) and complete the online entry
form, including by providing their contact details.
(b) Over the CompePPon Period and in show (Monday-Friday,
subject to change at the Promoter’s discrePon) the
announcer(s) for the show will play a ‘boarding call’ for one
(1) entrant per day.
(c) If the Entrant does not call the staPon back within the Pme
specified, they will forfeit the prize and the announcer(s)will
call the next contestant/s.
(d) Entrants must call the staPon back within ten (10) minutes to
be deemed the winner and receive their boarding pass (in the
absolute and sole discrePon of the Promoter).
(e) A person that is put to air, or determined as an on air prize
winner cannot pass the telephone call on to anyone else, and
should this occur, any person that is on air or has been passed
the phone in this capacity will not be eligible for a prize, at the
discrePon of the Promoter.
(f) If the Entrant does not answer their phone as above, their
phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, they
are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason
(including without limitaPon any technical or operator error),
the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discrePon) select
another Entrant and so on unPl someone is awarded the prize
on air, at the absolute discrePon of the Promoter.
(g) The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discrePon to
refrain from broadcasPng any call.
(h) Valid entries received within the Pme period specified to
receive a prize.
(i) The entry deemed the “best” will be awarded the prize.
(j) Entrants will have 10 minutes to call the staPon aher their
‘boarding call’ goes to air. Entrants who do not call back
within the specified Pme will be ineligible to redeem their
prize and another entrant will be called.
(k) The StaPon may use the entrants and their stories live on air
in connecPon with the PromoPon over the specified
CompePPon Period. For example, the Promoter in its absolute
discrePon may invite entrants to air to talk about their entry.
If an entrant is invited to speak on air this does not deem
him/her as a winner. The Promoter in its absolute discrePon
has the right to share entrants’ stories online and via its social

10. Limita&on on entries
Entrants can enter as many Pmes as they like during the CompePPon
Period however, once an entrant has been selected and guessed with
the Promoter on-air, they may not enter again.

13. Draw Details Finalists must aFend the Cruise Control Party between 2-4pm 9/3/24
at Kangaroo Valley Friendly Inn Hotel, 159 Moss Vale Road, Kangaroo
Valley, NSW 2577 to be eligible to win.
Finalists will parPcipate in mini ‘chance’ games, unPl one winner is leh.
These challenges are as outlined:
1) Each finalist will receive a ‘boarding pass’ prior to entering the
venue. Each boarding pass will have a unique number on it.
Numbers will be drawn at random from a barrel unPl 10
finalists are determined. These 10 finalists will progress to the
next stage.
2) The top 10 finalists will then be able to randomly choose a
bag on a wall. Inside 5 bags will be mini prizes, and inside the
other 5 will be tokens to indicate they are in the top 5 and
have progressed to the next stage.
3) The top 5 finalists will choose a number out of a bag and the
number will correlate with a number on an airhorn. Three
airhorns will have air in them, two will not. The listeners that
end up with the airhorns with air in them will be the top 3
finalists and will progress to the final stage
4) In the final stage, there are 3 numbered suitcases. Each
finalist chooses a number out of a bag which correlates to a
suitcase. Each finalist will open a suitcase. One will have a
token to indicate the winner has won the $5000 major prize
and the other two will have minor prizes in them.
Proxy’s will not be accepted should the entrant be unavailable to
aFend on the day of the Draw.
Entrant must be in aFendance on the day and parPcipate in challenges
themselves to be in the running for the major prize.
Entrants cannot have someone parPcipate in the challenges for them

14: Prize Details
A travel voucher to the value of $5000 will be awarded to one entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to award discrePonary “bonus Prizes”
for a selected contesPng segment. Bonus prizes apply to one parPcular
contesPng segment only and are awarded in the Promoter’s absolute
discrePon. Bonus prizing may include but is not limited to vouchers,
gihs, novelty items.
The Promoter reserves the right to award consolaPon or random prizes
to entrants at any point throughout the promoPon, in its absolute
discrePon.

If an Entrant is deemed a winner, they will receive one (1) prize only.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete
discrePon of the Promoter.
All prizes are non-transferable. Any prize that is found to be for sale or
on-sold will be cancelled and will not be reissued.
No refund or exchange will be given for any prize.

- In person
• The prize winner will be noPfied on-air if they have been
successful in securing a boarding pass to the ‘Cruise Control
Party’. The prize winner will then be kept on the telephone or
contacted aher winning via phone or email to organise the
prize.
• If an entrant is unsuccessful in obtaining a prize, they will be
noPfied on-air and there will be no follow up from the
Promoter.
17. Publica&on Details Winners of prizes valued at over $500 (inc GST) will be published on
