To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the promotion.


a) purchase any case of Stone & Wood Pacific Ale (bottles or cans), to share, from any Bottlemart or Sip’n
Save store within Australia or online at https://Bottlemart.com.au or https://SipnSave.com.au
("Participating Venues"); and b) either:
i. For In-store Purchases: visit https://bottlemart.com.au/ (for Bottlemart purchases) or https://sipnsave.com.au (for Sip’n Save purchases), follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details as requested,upload a photo/scanned copy of the purchase receipt for the qualifying transaction and (optional) tick (or untick) the respective box for receipt of marketing from Bottlemart or Sip’n Save (depending on where their qualifying purchase was made); OR
ii. For Online Purchases: at the time of purchase select the tick box to consent to entry into this Promotion and (optional) tick (or untick) the respective box for receipt of marketing from Bottlemart or Sip’n Save (depending on where their qualifying purchase was made).
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction.
Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
b) limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day; and
c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

The prize is a Splendour in the Grass experience for the winner and a friend (aged 18 years or over) which includes:
• return economy class flights for 2 people from the winner’s nearest capital city to NSW (only provided if winner does not reside in NSW);
• 5 nights’ 3-star twin share (or similar) accommodation for 2 people;
• 2 x VIP tickets to the 2024 Splendour in the Grass at North Byron Parklands (scheduled for July 2024); and
Up to AUD$5,000.00 depending on exact point of departure

• AU$1000 spending money (awarded as a gift card determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).
Prize Conditions:
• Travel must be taken to coincide with the Splendour in the Grass event at North Byron Parklands (currently scheduled for July 2024) (the “Event”). If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the aforementioned date required by the Promoter to coincide with this Event, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
• Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
• Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
• The winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and
travel together.
• Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does
not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated,
then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
• The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
• Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
• Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from
departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless
otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.
• The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
• All costs associated with travel to and from the airport will be the responsibility of the winner and their
guest for the prize.
Tickets Prize Conditions:
• This prize is for or relates to the Event. If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend at the designated time for the Event, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
• The Splendour in the Grass VIP tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or his/her companion for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
• All costs associated with travel to and from the Event will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest for the prize.
Winner The winner will be contacted by phone and email within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner will be notification: published at www.bottlemart.com.au and sipnsave.com.au by 11/03/24.
